"Where to start, it was cheaper than most places in Newcastle but still wasn't worth what we paid. No air-conditioning, the kitchen drain smelled terrible, the toilet leaked, there were toenails in the bathroom, originally put in a two bedded room when there was 3 of us, very hot stuffy room, unable to open window properly as there was a chain lock preventing us. Beds were clean and fairly comfy."

"Couldn't ask for a better place to. stay. Exceptionally clean bathroom and room. Really good breakfast. My only small issue was perhaps the positioning of the shower gel and shampoo dispenser in the shower which could have been easier to access. Otherwise excellent and would recommend and stay again."
