"cleanness needs improvement. food remaining on the coffee table and wall. Staff opened my door directly without knocking, before the check out time twice, even thought I already called for an extended to check out time at noon. "

"I have been to Atlantic City more times then I can count. This was my second stay at Golden Nugget and I highly recommend! Atlantic City hotel rooms are not very clean in my experience, however this hotel clearly takes the time to not only clean, but wipe down surfaces. I bring my own wipes, and clean the room every time I travel anywhere, and after wiping down the whole room, my wipe was literally still clean. Also, drinks at the casino are wayyy stronger then other places. Check in staff could have been nicer, but over all this is my go to in Atlantic City. So much more affordable then other hotels, clean, and far from the boardwalk drama. Its not a real "party" hotel, and has a bit of an older crowd, which it totally fine by me. After a quick visit to Tropicana, I was happy to leave and come back to Golden Nugget. "
