“This is an older home that the owner fixed up to be a vacation rental. Cute house in a cute neighborhood. Wifi and AC worked great. Nice fenced in back yard with a new picnic table. We had issues initially getting in touch with the owner which was stressful but she may be new to VRBO so that may improve over time. There was a sanitation issue but it was something that can be easily remedied so we won't share that here as it may not have been the owner's fault. I would recommend staying here.……

“Yes, we stayed here for our trip to Little Rock for the eclipse, and I don’t think we could have found a more perfect place! The pictures do not do it justice. The outdoor space was outstanding. We were a little concerned about the proximity to the interstate, but the property is situated and landscaped to where the dead end location was beautiful and outstanding for outdoor gatherings (it was a perfect setup for boiling crawfish)! “This home is super cute and with a beautiful kitchen and 3 very comfortable bedrooms. For us the location is great for visiting family and friends. The only thing that could make it better would be a little more comfortable sofa and it would have been helpful to have a blowdryer. That was my fault because I should have read the amenity list a little closer. We will always consider staying here when visiting Little Rock!”

“The house was well stocked with appliances and amenities for our stay in Little Rock. It was a great home base while we explored the city and surrounding areas. I would recommend moving the tv into the larger living room as we needed more seating. Also adding some tables into the back TV room.
