“This cottage has loads of character whilst having all the modern necessities, like lovely showers, washing machine, coffee machine etc. The views from all the rooms are spectacular, looking out over the harbour and out to sea.Communications with Amanda (the owner) were easy and she left nothing to chance with very clear emails and texts before the stay and answering any questions very promptly. Staying in this cottage is a delightful experience and Polperro has a calming charm. I would highly……

“The property is truly beautiful and in a great location for exploring, the hill up to the property could be a little challenging for some but taking it slow and steady is very doable. Everything about the place exceeded all our expectations and so dog friendly that it felt like home within a few hours of settling in.It was so clean and i couldn't recommend enough, definitely returning next year. “We had a marvellous Christmas and New Year at Osbourne House: We checked in at 1pm on Christmas Eve and it was perfect from then on. Cooked our Christmas Dinner on the superb range and there was plenty of crockery and utensils for our large family. House was beautiful and warm and everything was extremely clean: Osbourne is a superb period property and felt so happy to be able to spend Christmas with the family in such a beautiful place”

“There are many many steep steps from the parking area to the door and the two more flights of stairs inside the property. We had 4 large suitcases to carry up these steps/stairs. The parking space is well documented but not the steps/stairs. ”
