The holiday home on the island of Rab in the popular location of Lopar is located only about 100 m from the sea and offers ideal conditions for a relaxed family holiday. In total, three apartments for 4-9 people and a studio apartment for 3 people are available. All apartments are modern and equipped with WiFi, satellite TV, air conditioning, a kitchen or kitchenette, a private bathroom and a furnished terrace or balcony.
The property is fenced and includes a garden with a lawn, sunshades, sun loungers, outdoor shower and a summer kitchen. A barbecue facility is also available to guests. For children, there is a play area with a slide, trampoline, sandpit, swing and seesaw. Bed linen and towels are provided, pets are not allowed.
The 120 m² holiday apartment for up to 9 people has three bedrooms with double and single beds, two bathrooms with shower, a fully equipped kitchen with electric cooker, oven, microwave, refrigerator with freezer compartment, crockery, cutlery and filter coffee machine, as well as a living room with SAT-TV, air conditioning and sofa bed. Three balconies offer space to relax and are equipped with tables and chairs.
Parking facilities are available directly at the property. The location is central and quiet, with the sandy beach just 150 m away. Restaurants, supermarkets, and bakeries are conveniently within walking distance.
The environment offers numerous leisure activities: water sports, sailing, windsurfing, diving, boat rental, parasailing, cycling, mini golf, beach volleyball, fishing, kayaking and canoeing as well as many sporting activities and excursions for the whole family.
