The staff are friendly and welcoming, the rooms are great, and the price for the amount of room you get is phenomenal. Other hotels should look at this property as a model of how to do it. This is my new goto location when I’m passing thru the area. Highly recommend "

"Im sure this isn't indicative of a normal stay at this hotel. with that said, on this particular night, the fire alarm went off 2x in room and hotel several hrs apart overnight. the sound was excruciating and it took forer, 15 to 25 minutes , if not longer, for the overnight staff to turn off which made for a horrible rest and my ears are still ringing 12 hrs later"

"Rooms were clean, staff was very friendly. We were too early checkout for breakfast but they still had coffee, juice, fruit and muffins for us. Drivers were quick and courtesy. "

"Water pressure in shower was basically nothing. Not even enough to wash the body."

"We booked a room with 2 queen beds & were told by Celeste that there weren’t any available. She was extremely rude. Then I asked when the pool would be opened and was told it was undergoing maintenance. Part of the reason we picked this hotel was for the pool. I will not be back. "

"Great resort for a family gathering. Cedar Creek upgrades have elevated the rooms, pool and general facility. Only challenge is that it is now a lot more popular - gaggles of volleyball girls in the halls and pool when we were there!"

"The staff were lovely, it was clean and efficient room for me and my puppy! Great grassy field for the pup to run! The property felt safe and was well lit. Our room was nicely decorated, clean and spacious! The a/c unit was old and loud, otherwise the room was perfect! I retired from the area, this will be my go-to place from now on! "
