You can enjoy a comfortable stay in this 8-room house with an area of 200 square meters, spread over two levels. The tasteful and cozy furnishings create a warm ambiance. The living room features an open-hearth fireplace (for decorative purposes only), a dining table, satellite TV, DVD player, and air conditioning. There are three exits leading to the terrace, one from the living room, one from the open small living room, and another from the small living room. The property includes two bedrooms, each with a double bed (160 cm) and a bath/WC, with access to the terrace. A gallery with sloping ceilings offers another bedroom with a double bed (160 cm), a shower, and air conditioning. The kitchen is well-equipped with an oven, dishwasher, four ceramic glass hob hotplates, a toaster, kettle, microwave, freezer, and an electric coffee machine, complete with air conditioning. There is also a separate WC. On the upper floor, you'll find two more bedrooms, each with a double bed (160 cm), a shower/WC, and air conditioning.
