Large working farm "Il Casellino", 460 m a.s.l., 2 storeys, surrounded by trees. 4 apartments in the property. Property composed of main house and outbuilding 5 km from the centre of Loro Ciuffenna, in a secluded, quiet position, in the countryside. For shared use: property 200 ha, garden (not fenced) with lawn and trees, swimming pool kidney-shaped (8 x 4 m, seasonal availability: 01.May. - 25.Sep.). Outdoor shower, barbecue. In the house: washing machine (for shared use, extra). 600 m long steep, narrow motor access. Roofed, parking on the premises. Shop 5 km, supermarket 12 km, bus stop 2 km, railway station "Montevarchi" 15 km. Walking paths from the house 50 m. Nearby attractions: Firenze 60 km, Arezzo 40 km, Siena 60 km. Please note: car recommended. Local sale of farm products. The owner lives on the same property.

Urlaub zum Entspannen und Entschleunigen

Die Unterkunft liegt sehr schön ganz oben auf einem Berg. Die Aussicht ist grandios, die Zufahrt allerdings abenteuerlich. Die Anlage ist sehr gepflegt, es gibt viele Möglichkeiten, sich zu entspannen. Die Wohnung war eher rustikal gehalten, die Küche mit dem nötigsten ausgestattet. Leider hat der Kühlschrank nicht so gut funktioniert. Die Vermieter sind sehr nett, sprechen allerdings nur italienisch. Umliegend Florenz, Arezzo und Siena. Jeweils in etwas mehr als einer Stunde zu erreichen.
