Die Unterkunft wurde uns völlig falsch verkauft, der Voucher war nicht die Unterkunft, in die wir gebracht wurden. Unsere erste Buchung wurde von Belvilla storniert und uns wurde gesagt, sie hätten uns ein Upgrade gegeben. Es war eine völlig andere Lage, es stank nach Abwasser, bis drei Uhr morgens war es eine Schleichstrecke für Autos, die Leute versammelten sich schreiend auf der Straße und an jeder Ecke waren Drogendealer. Wir blieben nur eine Nacht und schicken Belvilla eine E-Mail, um uns zu beschweren. Außerdem ist uns die Rückerstattung der ersten Apartmentbuchung noch nicht zugesagt, unehrlich, von außen sah es aus wie Hammas.
