Los Alcázares home rental

The house is located in the center of Los Alcázares where the weekly market is held and located at a distance of 400m from the beach, surrounded by gardens and next to the tennis club. A five-minute walk away is the leisure and restaurant area known as the 525 Gallery, where you can enjoy and spend your free time.

The house is formed by three rooms, a dining room with satellite television and internet, bathroom and toilet and has a balcony and a large terrace where you can relax. The kitchen is fully equipped with a fridge, oven, microwave, toaster and everything you need to enjoy your stay. In the solarium you can enjoy a large barbecue where you can cook and relax with the family.

It is an ideal place for golf since there are many golf courses in the area at a distance of 5 minutes by car also being close to the airport. Given the location of the house it is not necessary to rent a vehicle as it is close to bus stops and taxis.

A lovely stay and the apartment is very spacious and comfortable.The outside area is perfect for the sun and it is private and quiet.........perfect for me to paint /pastel in the warmth.The area is very pleasant and peaceful and not too far to go on Tuesday's for the execellent market.Thank you we loved it.

Foi a pior experiência que eu poderia ter. Fiz a reserva do Brasil, porém qnd cheguei me recusaram

Não teve estadia, mesmo eu tendo feito a reserva e efetuado o pagamento quando ainda eu estava no Brasil. Pois a mãe do anfitrião é quem foi me receber, me tratou com muita indiferença por eu ter chegado de bicicleta, foi arrogante e prepotente, ficou me questionando o motivo de eu ter ido de bicicleta 🤦, além de tudo foi preconceituosa, ficou insinuando o tempo todo que eu poderia roubar seu apartamento. Foi o maior constrangimento que passei em 40 anos de vida😔 Conclusão: Ela pediu pra que eu devolvesse a chave 🔑, o que foi feito de imediato. Fiquei desesperado, pois até a presente data não tive meu reembolso confirmado em minha conta. Tive que alugar outro apartamento as pressas e fazer um gasto não planejado.

Excellent apartment

The apartment was well equipped, very clean and spacious. We enjoyed our stay in this apartment. The location was perfect, walking distance to the beach, the center of Los Alcazares and even to Los Narejos. And the parking in the garage was very convenient! The housekeeper´s parents were so nice and waited despite our delay!!! Thank you.

Beautiful apartment

Just returned from a week in Javier’s house. It was our third time in Los Alcázares and his apartment was certainly the best one we have stayed at. The location was central for the beaches, shops and restaurants, no need for a car! Everything was spotless and well maintained. Although we didn’t actually meet Javier, he was easily contactable by email and his parents were available if there had been any problems. They are really lovely people. Hope to return next year for longer, Thanks Javier Noreen F

Lovely apartment

The apartment spacious & had every thing you needed. It was absolutely spotless. The owners parents were on hand & shown around. They are very nice people. The owner Javier dealt with any problems immediately. I have no hesitation in recommending this apartment

Spacious with all the facilities

Stopped here for two weeks in November 2018 and found the property to be exactly as advertised - spotlessly clean and well maintained. There was ample storage in all the bedrooms and plenty of towels provided. There was also a washing machine and drying area if we wanted to wash anything during our stay. As it was November, it did become cool in evening but we were able to put on heating in the main living area. The outside area was private and large with the addition of a covered area that included a large table and chairs. We were provided with two sets of keys which are always useful, and there was a small safe to store valuables such as passports. The owners, who were very friendly, met us on arrival and checked that everything was fine when we left. They were also available by phone if needed, but that was not necessary.

The apartment was very clean and spacious, all your requirements had been thought of.

All things had been thought of from WiFi info to nice touches like toilet rolls etc. It’s will situated for the beach (a short walk) to the supermarket. There is a bus stop a short distance to get you to the main locations and an area with bars and restaurants. The beach is wonderful and goes on forever with bars etc. The apartment was great and I woul not hesitate in staying there again or recommending this to anyone well done Javie.

Our stay in Javiers Appartement was absolutely perfekt. Everything is like the pictures showing. It was very clean and his mwother very nice. The Beach is near, a short walk from 5 minutes away. A parking we always found directly in front. The weekly market is just behind the House and is big enough to find everything. We certainly come back

Excellent séjour

L' appartement est conforme aux photos, voir même mieux. très spacieux, très lumineux, très propre. La terrasse est très grande également. Il est très bien équipé, manque juste quelques mugs ou bols pour les amateurs de grand café le matin. Mais c'est un détail! L' appartement est également très bien situé, à seulement 5 minutes à pied de la plage et un quart d'heure à pied de la grande rue principale où sont situés l'ensemble des restaurants. Restauration tournée principalement vers la culture britannique, mais on arrive à trouver quelques petites perles pour déguster de la cuisine espagnole ou méditerranéenne, même un petit bistrot français, tenu par un français et son fils. Plutôt sympathique.La ville est pltôt agréable et assez proche de plusieurs sites touristiques à visiter. La météo en cette fin octobre a été parfaite! soleil, douceur estivale, idéale pour apprécier la mar menor et la très longue promenade en bord de plage de Los alcazares. En résumé, rapport qualité / prix, excellent. Séjour parfait! Juste un bémol, mais cela s'entend partout sur le coin, aéroport à 5km donc, certains jours on entend les avions pas trop nombreux...Mais on oublie très vite!
