Spread out across 1600 sq ft of stylish, two-story living with multiple workstations, a cozy living room, and creative extras like books, games, art supplies, and even a record player. The open-concept first floor includes a full kitchen, washer/dryer, and guest bath. Upstairs, you'll find two serene bedrooms—one with a king bed and bonus nook, the other with its own full bath and whiteboard workspace.

- Fast Wi-Fi + printer + charging station
- Thoughtful touches throughout: extra linens, supplies, and more
- Beautiful indoor plants that keep the space feeling fresh and vibrant
For stays longer than 7 days: We'd love your help watering the plants once a week. If that's not your thing, just let us know—we're happy to make other arrangements.
Note: Pasadena restricts overnight street parking without a permit. Let us know if you need a second garage space—we may be able to accommodate for a small fee.

Smoking or vaping of any kind is strictly prohibited inside the home. Any evidence may result in cancellation of your stay and an additional cleaning fee.
No Pets
Pets are not allowed. If a pet is found on the property, your booking may be canceled and a cleaning fee will be charged.

A garage remote will be provided for your stay. Please return it at checkout. A $200 fee will apply if the clicker is lost or not returned.
