Wonderful escape and convenient to family members living in the area. Host was very accommodating. Comfortable sleeping in both the bed and couch bed.I will definitely come back and recommend to others that want to visit our family here in Thousand Oaks. It was truly a little slice of heaven.

My daughter and I loved this apartment. It was incredibly clean and modern. The kitchen was stocked with everything you could need. The private patio was very nice - we didn't get a chance to use the fire pit as our schedule was too busy, but wish we could have! The bed was comfy and there was plenty of storage for our bags and clothing while we were there for 4 nights. I loved that there were lots of towels and washcloths to use. The host, Todd, was very easy to communicate with and helpful if we needed anything. The home is in a beautiful area with a park nearby. On our last morning, we said hello to the animals on their mini farm which was such a fun experience. I would absolutely stay here again, it was great.

2nd time we stayed here

This is our favorite VRBO place to stay. The owners are onsite, very friendly and helpful. The neighborhood is beautiful and full of friendly people. The kitchen and the outdoor space make meal prep easy.

Another Great Stay!

This is my 3rd week staying at the property and it’s been amazing! Room is always clean, the beds super comfy and the owners are very kind and thoughtful. I’ve been staying here while attending training courses. Would highly recommend!

Cozy and private

We enjoyed our stay at this property. It was just what we needed for a family event. The neighborhood was nice for walking our dog and we thoroughly enjoyed meeting the animals in the back of the property . Larry was particularly friendly!We will be back the next time we visit the area!

Cool Place

The room and patio area were great for me and my dog. I really enjoyed feeding the animals and walking around the neighborhood. The owner was very friendly and helpful. I will definitely stay here again.

Great 2nd Stay!

This was my second weeks stay and it was as great as the first. Clean, peaceful and relaxing. Perfect spot after a long day of training. The bed is very comfortable, the host is very kind and the neighborhood is very very safe! I highly recommend staying here and will be back again soon!

Wonderful Stay

This is my favorite place to stay when I’m in the area. Wonderful hosts, clean room with everything you need for a trip. The grounds are beautiful and there’s a bike trail at the back of the property PLUS they have wonderful animals you can hang with on site. I really love when I get to stay here. The neighborhood is extremely safe and quiet. Book here you won’t be disappointed!

This was the perfect place for us to stay while visiting family in simi valley. The host family was friendly and responsive. The outdoor space let us entertain. Great places to walk a dog and lots of friendly neighborhood dog walkers.

We had an amazing stay. The host was incredibly friendly and welcoming. The kids absolutely adored Bob and Larry and are already taking about visiting them again. The property was super clean, and we appreciated the easy access. The location was stunning, offering beautiful views all around. Great stay!

My husband and I came to visit family near by and this place was the perfect location! Very cute place, it was nice and clean. We felt very comfortable staying here. We also saw the Illama and alpaca farm in the back of the house. So cute and the animals were so friendly. My only suggestion would be to add more hooks in the bathroom to hang towels on but otherwise we had a very nice stay. Thank you so much!

Modern retreat for two in TO!

My partner and I had a wonderful experience staying at this location, hosted by Todd. Our check in instructions were clear and the process was seamless. The location is ideal for those visiting Thousand Oaks and neighboring towns - quiet with and yet very close to main roads with a reserved parking spot. The space was super clean, exactly as advertised, and pet friendly. I especially appreciated the generous amount of outdoor space and the well-appointed kitchenette and bathroom. My partner and I are looking forward to rebooking this place during future trips!

Best part of our California vacation was meeting Todd, visiting the animals and relaxing in the beautiful guest house! Super clean, kitchen has everything you could need and cozy decor. Great outdoor space and very private. Awesome walking/bike path right out the door. Quick trip to Trader Joe’s. Found and loved Cafe Ficelle in TO. Quiet in Midst of the Adventures

This property was everything we hoped for! While it’s outside of “LA proper,” the extra bit of driving is worth staying here. The area was cozy and private where I felt we could truly get rested after long days. Parking and access to the space is a breeze and the surrounding area is worth checking out. The hosts were responsive and the animals on property was awesome! Highly recommend making this apart of your trip.

Gracious hosts and lovely space

I spent five nights with my dog and we were both comfortable. Very relaxing and quiet space with a park and walking/biking paths right nearby. All the animals were so fun to have at the back of the property, too. I came for some rest and solitude. A very easy and clean space and the kitchenette has everything you'll need. Heidi and Todd were the perfect hosts, giving me complete privacy but available if needed. Highly recommend!

An Amazing Weekend

Todd was so incredibly friendly, thoughtful, and accommodating. We arrived to a clean, crisp (AC on - a very hot day), and adorable apartment. This is honestly the best VRBO I think I’ve stayed in. Todd also introduced us to the animals! It was such a fun and unique experience to cap off our trip. It was lovely getting to know him and the animals better. All in all, we couldn’t have asked for a better stay.

Best VRBO ever!!!!

My son was in town for some schooling and we needed something close to his school. I spoke with the host since as this is the first time my son traveled alone and Todd was kind, considerate, and so helpful in making me feel comfortable with my son’s stay. The location is peaceful, the room spotless and the grounds are more than you could hope for. It’s a truly magical spot and you feel grateful to have the opportunity to stay there. You must visit their lovely animals…they were all wonderful but Bob was the star. Book with confidence you won’t be disappointed. Safe Travels.
