Cozy and private

We enjoyed our stay at this property. It was just what we needed for a family event. The neighborhood was nice for walking our dog and we thoroughly enjoyed meeting the animals in the back of the property . Larry was particularly friendly!We will be back the next time we visit the area!

Another Great Stay!

This is my 3rd week staying at the property and itโ€™s been amazing! Room is always clean, the beds super comfy and the owners are very kind and thoughtful. Iโ€™ve been staying here while attending training courses. Would highly recommend!

This is our favorite VRBO place to stay. The owners are onsite, very friendly and helpful. The neighborhood is beautiful and full of friendly people. The kitchen and the outdoor space make meal prep easy.

Wonderful Stay

This is my favorite place to stay when Iโ€™m in the area. Wonderful hosts, clean room with everything you need for a trip. The grounds are beautiful and thereโ€™s a bike trail at the back of the property PLUS they have wonderful animals you can hang with on site. I really love when I get to stay here. The neighborhood is extremely safe and quiet. Book here you wonโ€™t be disappointed!

Great 2nd Stay!

This was my second weeks stay and it was as great as the first. Clean, peaceful and relaxing. Perfect spot after a long day of training. The bed is very comfortable, the host is very kind and the neighborhood is very very safe! I highly recommend staying here and will be back again soon!

Cool Place

The room and patio area were great for me and my dog. I really enjoyed feeding the animals and walking around the neighborhood. The owner was very friendly and helpful. I will definitely stay here again.

Fabulous farm studio!

This property is so special, and the owners are super friendly, welcoming, and hospitable. The studio is exactly as described and pictured in the listing. The decor is adorable, beds are super comfy, the studio is very clean and bright, and ample fresh linens are provided. The patio is spacious and private. The neighborhood is lovely and ideal for walks, yet has very fast and easy freeway access. The stars of the show are the animals, of course! So fun to spend time with the wide variety of well-loved animal friends. This property was the highlight of our trip and we will definitely be back. Thank you Todd and Heidi for such a comfortable and memorable place to stay!

Gracious hosts and lovely space

I spent five nights with my dog and we were both comfortable. Very relaxing and quiet space with a park and walking/biking paths right nearby. All the animals were so fun to have at the back of the property, too. I came for some rest and solitude. A very easy and clean space and the kitchenette has everything you'll need. Heidi and Todd were the perfect hosts, giving me complete privacy but available if needed. Highly recommend!

We were all looking for a budget friendly place to stay so we could go to a friend's wedding. My husband and I and two friends stayed here. It was a tight space and there is not much privacy. Great stay!

My husband and I came to visit family near by and this place was the perfect location! Very cute place, it was nice and clean. We felt very comfortable staying here. We also saw the Illama and alpaca farm in the back of the house. So cute and the animals were so friendly. My only suggestion would be to add more hooks in the bathroom to hang towels on but otherwise we had a very nice stay. Thank you so much!

Best VRBO ever!!!!

My son was in town for some schooling and we needed something close to his school. I spoke with the host since as this is the first time my son traveled alone and Todd was kind, considerate, and so helpful in making me feel comfortable with my sonโ€™s stay. The location is peaceful, the room spotless and the grounds are more than you could hope for. Itโ€™s a truly magical spot and you feel grateful to have the opportunity to stay there. You must visit their lovely animalsโ€ฆthey were all wonderful but Bob was the star. Book with confidence you wonโ€™t be disappointed. Safe Travels.

This was the perfect place for us to stay while visiting family in simi valley. The host family was friendly and responsive. The outdoor space let us entertain. Great places to walk a dog and lots of friendly neighborhood dog walkers.

Quiet in Midst of the Adventures

This property was everything we hoped for! While itโ€™s outside of โ€œLA proper,โ€ the extra bit of driving is worth staying here. The area was cozy and private where I felt we could truly get rested after long days. Parking and access to the space is a breeze and the surrounding area is worth checking out. The hosts were responsive and the animals on property was awesome! Highly recommend making this apart of your trip.

We had an amazing stay. The host was incredibly friendly and welcoming. The kids absolutely adored Bob and Larry and are already taking about visiting them again. The property was super clean, and we appreciated the easy access. The location was stunning, offering beautiful views all around.
