Welcome to my tropical beach studio! Detached stand alone unit offers privacy and comfort. Highly desirable Beach neighborhood with a 10 minute walk to world famous Long Beach. House features all amenities including high speed wifi, Premium cable, fully stocked kitchen and bathroom. Also features an office space / dressing room. Beautiful all natural landscaping. This is a super cute unique property that must be seen to be believed! Come relax and enjoy true Beach lifestyle!

Great little place
Both my girlfriend and I really loved this little one bedroom unit. The bed was super comfortable and the decor was really beachy and appropriate for the neighborhood. The neighborhood was clean and quiet. The best thing about this experience was the interaction I had with the property owner Mark, he was so quick to address my questions as well as making a special checkout out as we were there for the Coastal Country Jam until Sunday night. I needed to leave the dogs until we returned. Highly recommend this property for all the reasons below especially because Mark is an outstanding owner who is not here to just take your money but ensure your stay at his home is catered to your needs. If I'm in that area again and need to stay overnight and his home is available.... That's where I want to lay my head!! Thank you Mark, for all you did to accommodate our situation. 👍👍👍

This was such a cute little spot. Perfect for a couple. Everything was clean and well maintained. The neighborhood was lovely to walk around. We ate at the Italian restaurant around the corner and The Attic just a little further. Both were excellent

Refuge from home termite tenting.
The cottage was clean and had all the essentials, coffee maker, Netflix etc. We had to bring our cat and owner Mark and two buff friends helped us overturn the couch over to extract the scared cat from the mechanism. Cat is fine.
