Love this property!!!

We were so thrilled. House divine with amazing furniture. Clean and tidy and house better than the photos online. Location sensational so we could walk to Beverly Centre and The Grove . Great Spot

We loved the trendy modern bungalow and the cool neighborhood. As soon as we walked in, we were met with a true representation of what we previewed in the pictures. I gave the thumbs up!

My family (with 2 little kids) love the place so much. This is what we like so far. 1) The place is really clean, comfortable and well equipped. Seems like we are in the mid modern Art Deco in LA luxury house. The house had all we need with lot of parking space. The bonus is that it had a foldable crib for us as well since I have a little kid. 2) The location is the middle of everything. The neighborhood is friendly and we walked around every day. 3) Owner is pleasant and responsive.

Wonderful Stay!

This home was perfect for our stay. Clean and remodeled interior and adorable private backyard. Close enough to downtown, yet tucked away in cozy neighborhood. The owner was great to work with and everything was prepared and perfect. Will definitely rent this home again, when I return to the area.

Wow, just wow

I had the opportunity to spend a week in this lovely property in July 2019. It was a treat and the photos on the listing don't lie. Everything is new. Cleanness is top notch, furniture is modern and stylish. Communication with Alex was fast and professional. Location is outstanding: you're one block from Beverly Hills and in a quiet, safe and residential neighborhood. I highly recommend this property.

Who Wants To Stay In A Hotel?!

Was looking for a place for a short trip to LA. Alex was great to deal with. Very responsive and graciously let us bring our 2 large dogs along for the trip. Place was clean and better then expected. Easy street parking, with permits provided, and self check in. Perfect location in a quiet neighborhood. Backyard was a plus and great for enjoying the sunshine. If I ever move to LA, this is the place I want to live!

Our family of three booked the house for a post-Christmas stay. The house is absolutely beautiful, immaculate, spacious and appears brand-new. Top-notch appliances and furnishings. Beautiful home, great location.

Our stay at Carthay Circle was awesome! Home has been recently renovated and looks gorgeous. Everything is new, clean and spacious. Great location from West Hollywood and Beverly Hills. We traveled for a work trip so we basically just slept here, but the home and kitchen are stocked with everything you'd need. Beds are comfortable and area is quiet and peaceful. Owner is incredibly accommodating easy to communicate with. We will definitely be back!
