Good Location and room.

Very Nice. We stayed for four days and felt comfortable. The location of this hotel is wonderful that only takes 5 minutes to the Hollywood Boulevard. The swimming pool is also nice and clean. If I go to the LA again, this hotel will be my first choice.

Die Unterkunft ist modern und neu eingerichtet. Allerdings sind auf dem Fußboden überall Farbspritzer von den Malerarbeiten und es war nicht sauber. Außerdem wurden neue und ungewaschene Handtücher bereitgestellt, welche einen unangenehmen neuen Geruch hatten und extrem fusselten. Das schlimmste war jedoch die nächtliche Lautstärke der angrenzenden Hauptstraße. Schlafen war dadurch nicht möglich. Weiterhin roch es drinnen und draußen stark nach Marihuana. Leider waren die kostenpflichtigen Parkplätze der Unterkunft alle besetzt, sodass wir zwei Blocks weiter in einem Parkhaus parken mussten, sodass ein Fußweg von 15 Minuten notwendig war. Aus den genannten Gründen wandten wir uns an Expedia und uns wurde sehr gut weitergeholfen. Wir zogen in eine andere Unterkunft und bekamen die ungenutzten Nächte erstattet.

Communication with virtual front desk was frustrating. There was a significant delay in getting information. The option to check in early was confusing and didn’t work at all. The pictures of the outside areas didn’t match the actual space in the least. They charge for parking, which is not mentioned at all when you book. However, The room was nice and very clean and centrally located to the Hollywood walk of fame. But the virtual check in was not the best.

room is spacious, having a sink and full size fridge is awesome. However no parking means I have to park at the mall which is 10 min walk is very inconvenient. We have to plan to go out early and come out late instead of come and go as much as we like.

Everything was great. Had difficulties using all the codes for the outside gate, one gate was left open several times. Everything was great though, very clean and had everything we needed inside. Will definitely be back. 10/10

Fantastic location, secure property, big kitchen, very comfortable bed. Ideal for a stay of a week or so. Communication was also terrific. TV was in a bit of an odd place in the room where it was not possible to actually sit anywhere and watch the television. I would definitely stay here again.

I stayed in room 107. The room was clean and cozy. The bed was comfortable. The room was equipped with more than the basics. It was definitely a studio apartment feel which I loved. If you’re looking for 5 star hotel accommodations, this is not the place for you. I felt safe during my stay even though there is questionable activity in the area. The kitchenette was not equipped with plates, bowls or utensils but not a deal breaker for me. I did not use the pool but did walk down to it and it was clean as was the area. The outside patio/lounge area is not as photographed on the website, it was pretty dingy and the furniture was sun worn. Not a big deal as I wasn’t there for this amenity. My room was next to the stairs and at some point was noisy but not a big deal as it did not bother me. Franklin Ave is a busy street and can get noisy so if you’re a light sleeper, this is not an ideal place for you. The room had a slight mildewy smell to it but not a deal breaker. The hotel is in close proximity to a lot of things so definitely a bonus. I used El Cerritos place for my Lyfts because Franklin Ave is impossible. I took trips to Warner Bros studios and Universal Studios and it didn’t take much time to get to either place. I hopped on the train and at some points rode the bus and the Lime scooters. All easily accessible from this property. I give 5 stars because of housekeeping. They were very helpful and I was not without during my stay. They made sure I had enough w

Had a short hiccup using the code for the room , it wasn’t working but called the number for service and they helped right away . Besides that room was clean , nice layout gives apartment feeling. Fair for short and even long stay . Washer dryer inside is helpful. Beds were comfortable. Parking is compact but private .

I love these apartments, well located and great value - i think this is my 4th stay. That said this was my first time in a room on the main road side and i massively struggled to sleep it was LOUD. Would also benefit from proper blackout blinds as it gets light away to early with the thin blinds there.

We were looking forward to staying in a 4 star hotel and were severely disappointed. It was a struggle to find the poorly lit entrance, and we never did find a "Fenix" sign inside or outside. When we found the entrance it required multiple codes (which we 1st had to locate) to even enter this so-called hotel that is not a hotel at all, just a studio apartment. There was no parking available at all and no front desk to ask, so we had to park illegally just to get our luggage to the room! The room itself was clean, but plain and horribly noisy all night. I feel like I was tricked into paying for something that this was not.

Great communication, clean rooms and common area, one street away from Hollywood Boulevard. Parking is confusing at first and a little tight but overall felt safe. We loved that the entire property was gated with code entry. A little scary to walk back from Hollywood Boulevard in the dark, especially with a four year old but we managed. Pool was too cold for us but would have been great if the weather was warmer! We loved having a washer and dryer as well as a kitchen. The beds were comfortable but there is no real lounging space in the room so when we had food delivered we sat on the beds. We had a great stay and if we ever come back to LA, I would stay here again. Seriously great communication especial considering there is no front desk and all communication is digital. It was a major positive note for us!

El principal problema fue entrar a la propiedad a la hora del check in. Recibí un correo con el código para entrar a la habitación pero al llegar al edificio la reja de la entrada tambien tenía código y nunca me proporcionaron ese código. Para entrar al edificio tambien había otra puerta con otro código el cual tampoco me habían mandando. Estuve media hora afuera en la calle con las maletas tratando de comunicarme con alguien de la propiedad sin éxito. Al final pude entrar porque vi salir una señora que por mi suerte era la señora de la limpieza. Le expliqué la situación. Le mostré mi reservación y ella muy amablemente me proporcionó los códigos de las dos entradas para acceder al edificio. Ella fue muy amable en todo momento me ayudó. Fue la única persona de la propiedad con l que pude comunicar. Ningun encargado del establecimiento me contestó para resolver el problema. La señora se llama Claudia. Es muy amable nos atendió muy bien durante toda la estancia. En general el lugar está bien para quedarse, le faltan algunos utensilios de la cocina. El colchón no estaba muy cómodo. Tambien el cobro de la reserva estuvo extraño. Primero me cobraron el depósito el cual me devolvieron unos días después del check out. Pero el cobro de la estancia se hizo en diferentes partes lo cual no entendí el porqué. La verdad no volvería a hospedarme ahí.
