Take a gander at the impressive beachfront real estate as you walk, run, bike, rollerblade or skateboard on The Strand, a fantastic place to people-watch as well. Downtown Manhattan Beach is a culinary force and a must for foodies, with great seafood shacks, gastropubs and fine dining options.

Guests can get around walking, car rental, bike rental, or Uber.

Every detail of this stunning three-level home has been thoughtfully designed for your comfort, relaxation, and enjoyment.

Property Overview:

Garage Level: Enter through the garage into the upper-level studio suite with ocean views, a queen bed, kitchenette, sofa, and pool table. Enjoy two reserved tandem parking spots for easy access.

Mid-Level: Features all 3 bedrooms, including the master with en-suite bath, walk-in closet, and private ocean-view balcony. A washer/dryer is also on this level. The other two bedrooms share a full bathroom.

Lower Level: Includes the main living space with breathtaking ocean views, a fully equipped kitchen, dining area, bar with stools, half bath, theater room, and access to the beach-facing patio.

Important Construction & Scaffolding Notice
We believe in full transparency so you can plan your stay with confidence.
Scaffolding: There is scaffolding around the building as part of ongoing construction. There is no scaffolding in front of our home, so your beautiful ocean views remain completely unobstructed from the living room, patio, primary bedroom, kitchen, and balconies.
Location of Work: Our home is a three-level property, and there is one condo unit above ours. This condo has been undergoing construction for several months, which is why we previously closed our calendar to bookings. Now that the construction is very minimal, we are opening our beautiful home again for you to enjoy.
Construction Hours: Work generally takes place Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. While we do our best to minimize any disturbance, some noise may be heard during these times.
Relative Positioning:
The condo under construction is 1 floor above our game room/studio suite floor.
It is 2 floors above our bedroom level.
It is 3 floors above our main living room and kitchen floor.

Garage Entrance (with scaffolding): 74” tall × 94” wide
Side Spot: 84” tall × 93” wide
Overnight Parking: An overnight residential parking pass is available for use in designated lots. Hangtag must be displayed; lots are locked 8:00 PM – 6:00 AM.

Check-In:
All guests must complete our check-in forms prior to arrival. We work with a third-party insurance partner offering optional damage protection and background checks. Your privacy is always respected.

Travel Insurance:
Highly recommended to protect your reservation, as our cancellation policy is firm.

House Rules:
Quiet Hours: 9 PM – 8 AM
No Events or Loud Music
Only Registered Guests Allowed – No outside visitors permitted
Non-Smoking Property – Indoors and on decks/balconies
Pets: Must be pre-approved, under 25 lbs, and off furniture. $500 pet cleaning fee applies.
Checkout: Must be on time to avoid fees. Contact us in advance for late checkout requests.

Reviews & Feedback:
We strive for 5-star stays! Please note: failure to follow house rules or cancellation policies may result in forfeiting public review privileges.

Booking Policies:
Minimum Age: 30+ (subject to approval)
Review Requirement: Low or no reviews may require approval

For stays of 30 nights or more, a deep cleaning is required. The cleaning fee will be doubled and adjusted after booking. A mid-stay or end-of-stay cleaning will be scheduled to help keep the home fresh and comfortable.

General Terms:
Booking implies agreement to all house rules. Guests assume responsibility for personal injuries or lost items and consent to maintenance entry with 12 hours’ notice. We expect good-faith bookings and do not tolerate misuse or attempts to harm the host’s business.
