Redondo Beach Review
The property itself was clean and big enough for the 4 members of my family. A nice touch was that the host left a bottle of wine in the fridge to enjoy upon our arrival.
The garden pictured in the property is only partially private as it is attached to the yard of the main house, which was a major disappointment and not what was expected based on the pictures of the property. If I had known that the garden was not entirely private, I might not have chosen to rent the property. The host/property manager was home and in close proximity to us as guests for a good portion of our stay, which was awkward at best since the main house is within approximately 15 feet of the rental property. The host/property manager also hung laundry in the back yard to dry daily, including a black lace bra, that took away from the ambiance of the outdoor space during our stay.
The bathroom had a very heavy (not standard) and unsafe barn door that fell off of the top track the moment that we walked in the door when my husband touched it. As a guest with young children, I spent a great deal of time keeping my 2 and 4 year old children away from the door to prevent an accident related to this safety hazard.
