Nice basic place
I was bringing my daughter for the LA colleges tour and we used this property for a week as the base of operations.
This is a very basic place with the beds in two bedrooms, separate bathrooms,
living area/TV which we didn’t use and a kitchen/dining area where you can have your quick breakfast and head on or late dinner and get to sleep. And as such it was exactly what we needed.
The place is actually quiet at the night so you will have a good sleep without hearing neighbors behind the wall like in many hotels and that’s its main advantage (besides having separate rooms).
Off-street parking is also nice.
The owner communicated promptly and was very nice trying to make it convenient to us, they even prepared the place for earlier check-in in case we are early.
The only minus is that they could’ve taken a bit better care like buy new window blinds, check the dishwasher before we found the leak.
But still for the basic place - this is it. No regrets at all after staying here.
