Perfectly located and convenient with plenty of restaurants within walking distance. The room was clean, cosy and bed extremely comfortable though was disappointed we had issues with the toilet constantly running whenever we flushed almost all day, notified hotel via app and was told we’d have maintenance look at it but no one came. Spoke to person at front desk and they said they’d follow it up only for nothing to happen. Mind you this occurred from the first moment we entered our room till when we left 4 days later. The cleaning staff were lovely and very attentive, sadly the same can’t be said about staff at front desk whom were non engaging and not very friendly when approached except for a lovely gentleman of African/American background, now he was very friendly, professional and helpful. I would recommend this cute lil boutique hotel to anyone wanting to stay in Beverly Hills, offers wifi and there’s a restaurant located onsite.

Booked through Expedia for a superior room then when we got here no update other than the nice concierge saying she liked our room better than our friends. We looked at both rooms and ours was not what we paid for. Would have been ok if we were updated and refunded the difference then understandable when they over booked. But no info that would rooms were downgraded

I booked and prepaid a two-night stay at The Crescent Sonder in Los Angeles through Expedia.com. After my stay, Sonder incorrectly charged my credit card again. When I contacted them about the issue, they acknowledged the mistake and promised a refund within 7 to 10 business days. Instead of resolving it, they charged me again for the same amount - and after realizing the mistake, they refunded it that same day. They then claimed that refund also covered the earlier charge. It did not. I reviewed my bank records carefully - the original charge was never returned. This pattern of duplicate charges, miscommunication, and failure to correct billing mistakes is unacceptable. I feel taken advantage of and unsupported by their customer service. After contacting their customer service several times, complaining to Expedia and posting on the Marriott site, I finally just got an email confirming the refund. I am sharing this to ensure others are aware. Travelers should not have to fight this hard to recover incorrect charges from a hospitality company.

Hot water would be nice

The hotel was cute, definitely a good value for being so close to the hills, my only issue is the lack of warm water on the first night, there was an outage actually and there was no one at the front desk to communicate with and no one picked up the service line. They sent an e-mail update the next morning but still… after a long day of travel all I wanted was a hot shower… total bummer.

The room and bathroom were super clean, it's not luxurious but the location is amazing. I walked the entire time and there are many options for shopping and dining. My only complaint is the noise. There was a trash bin by my room and I heard loud noises during the night that woke me up

As far as Beverly Hills goes - this property is cheap. So you need to bear that in mind when considering what you get for your money. Sonder are not traditional hotels so go in with your eyes open, however in saying that, every interaction we had with onsite staff was really good. The room itself needs some upgrading now, it’s reached the end of its time, flooring is damaged, light fixtures are missing parts etc. The room was however clean and super convenient.
