Welcome to a private guest suite in central San Gabriel.

This is a fully independent unit with a private entrance. One compact parking space is provided (small vehicles only). Larger vehicles may use free street parking—please follow posted street-cleaning signs. About 3 steps are required to enter the unit.

A washer and dryer are available, suitable for short- or longer-term stays.

The property is divided into three separate units, each with its own entrance, allowing independent living without interior sharing.

Located near the San Gabriel / Arcadia border, within a 15-minute walk to Chinese markets and restaurants. Close to Westfield Santa Anita Mall, LA Arboretum, Pasadena Old Town, Rose Bowl, and Caltech.
Approx. 35 miles to LAX, 23 miles to BUR.

Ideal for guests who value privacy, convenience, and location.

This is the first place in a while that had bedstands on both sides of the bed...a big plus that you don't know you miss until they aren't there. The Gree mini-splits worked both for heating and cooling during our stay. There is a remote in the bedroom zone and the main area zone.Bathroom has nice large shower- with rain-tye shower head and a handheld. 2 shelves held all of our toiletries. The gate (which must be opened and closed manually- very easy) is on the Arcadia Ave side of the corner lot. Dedicated parking spot. We noticed no road noise inside. The green couch is small and doesn't feel like a queen size so if you are more than 2 adults, you might want to check the actual measurements. 2 kids could fit.The bed has a good mattress- supportive but not too hard. We've been to VRBOs with terrible mattresses so this was a relief.We wouldn't hesitate to go back here if we are back in the LA area. Thank you!
