Firstly, I rarely review any business good or bad, but Hotel Palmas de Cortez was simply appalling. When checking in, the woman at the front desk would only cut us one key card for the room for 3 people. She said come back tomorrow if you want more. She was incredibly rude. El.lugar super bonito, el.aire acondicionado y ventilador son un gran detalle, la habitación cuenta con todo lo necesario, tuvimos una circunstancia con insectos pero el personal lo resolvió eficientemente. La cafetería muy bien, atención rápida y muy amables todos !
