“We visited Troncones for our Spring Break trip with 3 of our friends family's. 16 people total, 8 kids, 8 adults (ages 5-10). This part of Mexico is so special and untouched and felt very safe. We loved the minimal tourism and the local feel of the town. The house was the best part. It was off the beaten path and had the most epic views of the beach and cove the house was located in. We loved all the common areas, especially the kitchen and giant dining table. The rooms were all good, beds were……

“North of Troncones by 5-10 mins and “Nerea” so quite and tranquil. It was perfect, private little cove/beach, two little restaurants 5min walk close by on the beach. Thanks to Jessica Mngr & host wonderful😎We’d stay here again!”

“La atención por parte del personal siempre fué cordial; en cuanto a la limpieza del cuarto todo bien y no tuvimos ningún inconveniente con servicios de luz, agua,gas o aire acondicionado. Con respecto a la comida del restaurante me gustaría que fuera más variado además de ofrecer en algún futuro servicio a la carta y servicio al cuarto. ”

“Tony was a great host and went out of his way to help us. Every request we had was taken care of immediately. The outdoor area with the pool is lovely and very well maintained. Gardeners are there every day. The little village of La Puerta is just a short walk away and you can get whatever you need there. Public transportation is right at the gate and works very well.”

“Overall, this property met our needs. The location worked well for the golfers in the group and is close to the small shops in the Marina and the market in the shopping district. It was very clean and it was so easy to get chairs and umbrellas at the pool. If we were to change just one thing, it would be the size of the beds in the two secondary bedrooms (they were listed as queen size beds, but to us they were not queen size beds, but standard size beds -- hard for two adults to sleep in for……

“We recently stayed from Apr 8 to 18 in this condo. It was perfect for the two of us. Kitchen is well stocked, pool is beautiful and the staff at the Bayview were so friendly and helpful. There are many great restaurants within walking distance so we were able to explore the town of Ixtapa.I wouldn’t change a thing and highly recommend this property.”

“Quaint but very clean 2 BR condo. King bed in 1 bedroom, Queen in the other. The owner was super nice and accomodating. 5 minute drive to the beach. Taxi available at entrance of complex at all times. A ton of avtivities close by. Only negative is that there was no hot water. I think the water tank outside is heated by the sun, but didn't warm it much. AM showers were a little chilly....but we managed ok...one day in the sun and it was actually refreshing.”

“Nos hospedamos en Marzo 2024, la pasamos de maravilla, Monica siempre estuvo al pendiente y la señora Rita siempre mantenía limpio el lugar, tiene todo alberca, toallas, cocina y está en la zona hotelera por lo cual es muy fácil ir a pasear. Muy bonito lugar. ”

“This was out 3rd stay. The condo and the property are well cared for. The staff, from security to the front desk to the restaurant are lovely and very helpful. The team managing the condo are very responive in answering any questions. The condo location is great and adjacent to the marina which has a small sundry and also a liquor store which is an easy walk. Walking home from dinner out in Ixtapa in the evening felt very safe. Recommend spending the day at La Perla at La Ropa beach and taking……

“This property is amazing inside and the view outside. Great hosts who keep a well appointed unit. Weekly cleaning service provided. Very responsive to our needs and very helpful with getting us settled and comfortable. The lovely gift items to make us welcome and the kind use of their bikes was also an unexpected plus. The infinity pool with an awesome view of Ixtapa and a beautiful restaurant are an added bonus. Would definitely recommend!”
