Perfect in every way

This is a wonderful place to stay being very spacious, comfortable and well equipped. The hosts are so kind and nice and it quickly felt like a home from home.The views are great and the location is so peaceful. Saarland is a wonderful area to explore and we found lots of places of interest. We also enjoyed hopping over to Luxembourg, which is very easy to get to. A highly recommended property.

Het huis ligt op een mooie plek. Het is een fantastisch huis, alles is aanwezig en de eigenaar is ontzettend vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Onze hond was gek met hem. Een plek om terug te keren.

Erholungsurlaub

Herr Spanier ist sehr freundlich, es ist sehr sauber, es fehlt nichts. Herr Spanier gab uns neben einem Begrüßungskorb noch ein Parkticket für den Ort. Wer Ruhe zur Erholung sucht, ist hier gut aufgehoben.

ideale Wanderregion

Unser Aufenthalt war wunderbar. Die Ferienwohnung in ihrer sehr schönen, ruhigen Lage am Rande des kleinen Ortes mit der unglaublichen Fernsicht über die herrliche Landschaft war der perfekte Ausgangspunkt. Zudem sind die Gastgeber sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir haben die Woche mit unserem Hund sehr genossen, waren viel in der Natur, haben auch einen Abstecher in das nahe Luxemburg gemacht - Frankreich ist ebenfalls nicht weit und dann noch die sehenswerten Städte Mettlach, Merzig und Saarburg mit Schlössern und Burgen. Rundum eine sehr vielfältige Region für Radfahren, Wandern und Kultur!

perfect voor een rustige vakantie

Vriendelijke eigenaar , reageert vlot op e-mail. Schone vakantiewoning met fantastisch uitzicht. Compleet ingericht. Zeer ruime en goed uitgeruste keuken. Een plek vanwaar je eindeloos wandeltochten kunt maken en alle informatie wordt door de eigenaar verzorgd en ligt klaar bij aankomst. Goede ruime slaapkamer met goed matras en verzorgd bedlinnen.

Wunderschöner Urlaub im Saarland

Die Familie Spanier ist sehr freundlich, hilfsbereit und gab uns so manchen Tipp für Ausflüge aber auch Gaststättenbesuche. Empfangen wurden wir mit einen Überraschungskorb, mit Wein und Knabbereien gefüllt. Für 2 Personen ist die FeWo sehr geräumig und mit allem ausgestattet, was man benötigt. Große Fenster erlauben einen super Fernblick, der natürlich bei schönem Wetter von der Terrasse genossen werden kann. Die FeWo selbst lag sehr ruhig am Waldesrand und am Ende einer Straße (somit keinerlei Durchgangsverkehr). Ideal für den Beginn von Wanderungen rund um Waldhölzbach aber auch um eine Etappe auf dem Saar-Hunsrück-Steig zu absolvieren. Fazit: Sehr empfehlenswert.

Schön und sauber mit liebenswerten Überraschungen

Wirklich eine tolle Wohnung, genau so schön und komfortabel wie beschrieben und sehr sauber. Sehr nette Vermieter. Nicht nur alles Notwendige wie Seife, Spülmittel oder Toilettenpapier war vorbereitet, auch zusätzliche Annehmlichkeiten, wie z.B. Gewürze zum Kochen durften benutzt werden und ein Begrüßungs-Korb mit Knabbereien zeigte uns die Liebenswürdigkeit dieser Vermieter. Wir fühlten uns sehr Willkommen. Es war ein wirklich schöner Urlaub in dieser Gegend, es war für jeden Ausflugs-Geschmack etwas dabei. Dieser Urlaub wurde durch den Aufenthalt in dieser Wohnung mit diesen überaus freundlichen Vermietern noch bereichert. Die Lage sehr ruhig mit toller Aussicht. Ein besonderes Highlight für unsere Kinder waren die Schildkröten in einem kleinen Außengehege und die Vögel des Vermieters in Außen-Käfigen neben dem Gebäude, die unsere Kinder jeden Tag schon vor dem Frühstück besuchen konnten. In jeder Hinsicht Super!

Geweldig

Na zoveel positieve reviews waren wij erg benieuwt naar dit huis in het voor ons nog onbekende Saarland/Duitsland. Bij aankomst werden we heel hartelijk ontvangen door de gastheer en gastvrouw. Zij wonen aan de voorkant waar meer dan voldoende parkeerplek is. Via een kort steil paadje kwamen we bij het vakantie verblijf aan de achterzijde. Het uitzicht is prachtig, beetje belemmerd door de inmiddels wat grotere bomen, maar verder super mooi. De plek voor het huis is niet groot, maar heeft een heerlijk zitje om lekker te genieten. Wauw, wat een huis ! Voor ons met 2 echt wel groot. Een grote slaapkamer met kingsize bed. Een flinke badkamer. In de ruime woonkamer stonden (anders dan op de foto`s) 2 nieuwe banken en een eethoek. Verder nog een aparte keuken met echt van alle gemakken voorzien. Op tafel in de kamer stond een welkomsmandje met wijn en lekkernijen, een super lief gebaar ! We voelden ons gelijk welkom. Wat ons opviel was hoe netjes en super schoon alles was. De gastheer en vrouw zijn heel erg vriendelijk en aardig, en erg in de weer voor je als je ergens vragen over hebt. De locatie is rustig, maar in nabijgelegen dorpen is alles te halen wat nodig is. Wij hebben veel in de omgeving gezien, en gefietst. Vlakbij het Felsenweg gewandeld. Echt een prachtige route, met veel afwisseling en hoogte verschillen. Trek wel stevige schoenen aan. Kortom wij hebben ons super vermaakt, en kunnen ook niet anders beamen... een dikke 10 voor alles !! Nogmaals veel dank Fam Spanier

Ein toller Aufenthalt trotz Regenwetter

Alles super außer dem Wetter

Die Eheleute Spanier haben uns sehr zuvorkommend empfangen. Die Wohnung ist sehr groß und schon peinlich sauber. Ein kleine Startverpflegung gab es auch. Jeden Morgen die Zeitung und kleine Tipps für umliegende Restaurants und Märkte ohne aufdringlich zu sein. Dazu Gesang von Papageien in der benachbarten Voliere. Uns hat es Spaß gemacht.
