「My son and I were in Fayetteville for a baseball tournament and stayed at this property. It is very nice, clean, quiet and comfortable. The beds are very firm for my taste but were comfortable. 「This is a very cozy, well-appointed "apartment." The location is great for walking to most downtown restaurants, the museum, and the main square. Groceries were not a problem, as there is a Walmart in the middle of downtown. We never had any communication with the owner(s), but did not need to.
