“各方面都很好，酒店很有特色。早餐比较简单。只有一点小问题，桌子上的台灯我研究了几次也没有找到开关”

“Check in was quick and easy to spite being slightly early. Staff was very accommodating.”

“We put down a $100 dollar down payment for a “local fee” we were told we would get it back at check out if the room wasn’t damaged, okay fair. When we were checking out they told us to leave without giving us the down payment back but we spoke up and they said okay one moment checked the room said something about how she can give us $75 back cash and the rest on card bc it would be easier but we never received the other $25 it was all very confusing and stressful would’ve just stayed out of town……

“The Hatchery was such a great stay!! Adorable boutique hotel with stylish decor, comfortable amenities, and an overall amazing place. Super easy check in, extra perks like a Victrola in the room with vibing records paired with it, free snacks in the common area (coffee, scones, bags of chips, sodas, etc), great water pressure, and many more!!”

“Donna and Cindy were amazing hosts. Rooms were adorable. Food was great. Was a comfortable place to stay and loved all the animals. Good location too- just a few minutes away from everything you could need. ”

“We stayed in a newly remodeled room... very firm new couch couch, turned into a pull out couch for sleeping arrangements , and that was decently comfortable for our two kids. there was not a dim enough light for a night light , so I kept the microwave open all night. and there were only three pillows for the king bed...but we were too tired and distracted to go ask for more bedding, so I guess it was fine. the blanket that was our extra bedding was very stiff and uncomfortable.. but……

“Smells stale, fortune doesn’t bubble, phone in pool doesn’t work, don’t stock pool towels, bathroom door gets stuck on the floor. Staff for most part friendly, but very short and hang up on you when you call the front desk. Rather disappointed. Stayed here in the past and it has really gone down hill.”

“It was not very clean. Hair was left in the tub. There was still garbage in the trash can. There were no tissues (Maybe they don't supply them?) I went to the front desk to ask a question but nobody came out to help me. ”

“I understood that the hotel was being remodeled. The room we stayed in was worn; that’s ok. There was no excuse for the condition of the room—pretzels on the floor in the main room and dirt and hair on the floor in the bathroom. We will not stay here again.”
