From morning coffee on the deck to stargazing it was as perfect. John’s welcome packet has great tips for nearby restaurants and sites that we enjoyed, and lots of helpful info. “This location is beautiful! It is very relaxing whether you are by the lake, the pool, or just walking around the property. The fishing was a lot of fun and there’s a good variety of fish. Also, there is a reason most reviews comment on how nice Tabby is. She is a very lovely person! The space was very roomy and clean. It was myself, my husband, and our two kids, and we fit very nicely in the space. I think the coffee bar was my favorite! I would very happily stay there again! ”

“Wonderful, clean, modern and I had no idea that there was a small valley between two mountain ridges, the views were amazing… mountains on both sides! 25 minutes from Shenandoah River Outfitters and 10 minutes from hiking. We spent most of the time in the screened in porch and then into the hot tub. We could see every star! Super clean and comfortable, we had a great time relaxing and tubing on the Shenandoah River. We will be back!”

“We loved our stay here. The view of the mountains is stunning, the house was comfortable and well furnished, and Miguel was very responsive to any questions. It’s only a short drive to Woodstock where you can get good food/coffee/etc. and near a lot of great parks and hikes. I’m sure it would be gorgeous in the fall or winter and we would definitely come back to this property. The driveway is steep so a larger car is helpful but if you drive slowly most vehicles would likely be fine. The kitchen……
