“This was an affordable and convenient basement studio with private entrance - great for a 2 week stay. The neighborhood was quiet and the AC was very efficient - cold even on some exceedingly hot days. If you are looking for a budget-friendly, no-frills rental, this place is great. The bed supports were broken, but the host had someone there the next day to repair. The fridge is a mini fridge with separate freezer, not full size.
