Artistic, unique lodging on the "Côte de Granit Rose," 800 m from the Breton Sea

  • A 40-square-meter unit, separate and attached to my main house. An 8-square-meter terrace in front of the parking area at the entrance to the shared courtyard. Another 15-square-meter terrace, not overlooked by neighbors, at the back overlooking a slope and a field. The house is close to all amenities: 800m from the sea, 1.5km from the beaches and the town centers of Louannec and Perros-Guirec. Restaurants, daily necessities, and shopping are within easy reach. A forest is located 500m behind the property. The bedroom can comfortably accommodate up to 4 people thanks to a bunk bed and a double bed. There is space for one travel crib for an additional baby. A second room serving as a living/dining area can accommodate 2 additional guests on a sofa bed. Adjacent kitchenette and bathroom. The attached garage offers space to store and charge bicycles.
    For baby gear, a travel crib, high chair, baby bathtub, foam changing pad, towel, sheets, and comforter are available for rent for €15 per stay.

Un séjour sympathique

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour, au calme, dans un endroit sympathique. Les propriétaires sont accueillants. La location est très proche de Perros Guirrec sans en avoir les inconvénients

Logement spacieux et fonctionnel

Logement réservé pour 2 nuits, nous avons été très bien accueillis par Martine avec en prime un petit verre de punch. Bonne literie et tout est neuf et fonctionnel,rien ne manque. En plus, c'est calme et proche de Perros Guirec Nous recommandons le logement

Nous avons pu nous reposer lors d'une nuité dans ce logement au calme, proche de la mer. Une bonne douche chaude après une journée sur le bord de mer. La literie est de qualité, ce qui nous à permis de bien dormir. Nous avons pu profiter du coin repas, pour prendre notre petit déjeuner, avant de reprendre notre escapade vers le château de la roche jagu. Les échanges avec notre hôte ont été fluide et très réactif. Nous recommandons ce logement.

Merci a Martine et a son compagnon.

Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour chez Martine et son compagnon, deux très belles personnes, gentilles, accueillantes et serviables. Ils ont bien voulu gardé notre véhicule deux semaines le temps de notre aventure sur le GR34, ce qui est très difficile à trouver.

Le logement est surchargé et peu fonctionnel (prises de courant et lampes de chevet pas assez nombreuses, problème d’humidité, …).Un véhicule est nécessaire pour tout : 15min de voiture pour atteindre les commerces, la plage et les activités.Il est dommage que le rapport qualité/prix soit si élevé au vu de la prestation car l’accueil est sympathique et les conseils de visites pertinents.

Tres bonne location

Sur les hauteurs de la ville, très calme et sympathique. Literie excellente, douche très bien, cuisine bien équipée si on veut faire un peu de popote. Très bon accueil et logement très très propre. Un bon pied à terre quand on est dans la région pour travailler ou faire du tourisme.
