Located in the beautiful Tellico Village Golf resort is this 2 story, 3 bedroom townhome. Newly renovated, with all new furniture and flooring this rental, is not to be missed. Family room has couch and large comfy chair. Dining area has a table seating 6. Kitchen has counter with two seats.Outside is a very large grassy common area great for throwing the ball and picnicking This home has two king size beds and two full sized beds and two full bathrooms sleeping 6 to 8comfortably. Enjoy two patios and a private deck. Make this place your 19th hole!
Enjoy golfing ($40 per round) boating, wellness center ($8 per day or $35 per 5 days) includes a fitness center, indoor and outdoor pools, tennis and pickle ball courts. 6 restaurants and 3 clubhouses are on property as well.
Smokey Mountain National Park as well as many other tourist attractions are very close with so much to offer!
POLICIES
In an effort to insure an enjoyable experience for all our guests, we have designed policies to insure every stay will be a pleasant one. Our rental units are all individually owned and are located in a residential rather than a resort community. The owners are welcoming you into "their home" and we ask that you treat the property with the consideration and respect you would expect guests in your home. Please follow the guidelines listed below to allow us to better serve you.

Because Tellico Village is a residential community, units are not to be used as gathering places/party houses. Guests shall not make or permit any activities or disturbing noises that will interfere with the rights, comforts or convenience of other residents. No musical instruments, musical device, television or radio or other sound amplifier shall be played or operated in such a manner as to disturb any other resident. The volume as to the foregoing shall be lowered from 10 PM to 8 AM each day. In the case of family reunions, weddings or other events, please make arrangements to have your social gatherings at a restaurant, park or other public venue.

Trailers, boat trailers, travel trailers and motor homes and RV's CAN NOT be parked at any rental unit. There are companies in the area that provide these kinds of services for a fee.

DAMAGES POLICY Damage to unit property -- We reserve the right to charge guests the cost of rectifying damage, caused by the deliberate, negligent or reckless act of the guest to the unit's property or structure. Should this damage come to light after the guest has departed, we reserve the right to make a charge to the guest's credit/debit card, or send an invoice for the amount to the registered address. If you discover a problem when you check in, please notify Management immediately if you do not want to be held responsible for the damage. We will however, make every effort to rectify and damage internally prior to contracting specialists to make the repairs, and therefore will make every effort to keep any costs that the guest would incur to a minimum.

REMOVAL OF UNIT'S PROPERTY -- The contents of each rental belong to that owner. Please do not loan/move items between units. We reserve the right to charge guests the cost of replacing any items that are removed from the premises by them without consent The charge will be the full replacement amount of the missing item, including any carriage charges. Should the fact that the item is missing come to light after the guest has departed, we reserve the right to make a charge to the guests credit/debit card, or send an invoice for the amount to the registered address.

SMOKING POLICY -- Our properties prohibit tobacco,use of any kind. If there are tobacco products discarded and found lying around the exterior premises; or if the unit requires deodorizing a minimum of $200.00 charge will be deducted from security deposit.

BBQ grills --are not permitted on the property

Cleaning fees -- all units are subject to a departure cleaning fee. If excessive cleaning or excessive trash is required there will be a minimum $50.00 charge deducted from the security deposit. Only agency housekeeping personnel are authorized to do exit cleaning.

Check in -- Is at 3:00 pm. Prior arrangements may be made in advance with Management.

Check out -- Is at 10:00 am. Unless prior arrangements have been made there will be a $25.00 charge per every hour after 10:00 am. Cleaning crews have been scheduled.

Check out procedures and potential additional charges if applicable -- Guests are required to secure all windows and doors, load dishwasher and turn on upon departure to avoid a $35.00 deduction from security deposit; ADJUST thermostat to departure temperature identified on sign posted by control on wall.
