Amazing Stay

Beautiful place that was everything we expected and more.

The Manor House was fantastic. Everything was as promised. We were especially surprised to find an NBA Jam arcade game in the game room. Great stay. Would definitely book again.

Great location

Really liked that it was a little less than 30 minutes from the Zoo, Museums, Newport Aquarium and other downtown attractions. The nearby town of Loveland and being close to Starbucks and a grocery store was nice and convenient as well!

Great time of Rest, Relaxation and Fun on the Farm!

We had a great time staying at Branch Hill Manor House! Our family of four did a long weekend getaway to rest and recharge before the crazy holiday season. We loved the space the house provided as we were able to play games, read, do puzzles and watch movies in various rooms. We also did the Farm Tour at the beginning of our stay, which I highly recommend! We felt like we "knew" the animals for the rest of our stay and loved visiting them multiple times per day. It was so fun to get out of the house and do a fun, quick activity without leaving the property.

Relaxing time

This trip is our groups favorite trip of the year. The establishment is relaxing, clean and secluded but not so far out that we can still go out for a bite to eat if needed. Anytime we’ve needed to get in touch with management, it’s been very simple with quick response time. We would definitely recommend a stay here!

Weekend getaway

Had a nice time snowed in at this home. It was perfect for our party of 7 with littles ages 1-3. Plenty of room for them to run and play inside. Kitchen area was great and we utilized the fireplace inside which was relaxing. We’re looking forward to coming back in the spring to be able to enjoy the beautiful patio and get to see the farm animals

A Spectacular Home!

Wow - what a gem to find and spend time in! This house is gorgeous but what makes it really special are all the thoughtful touches that make your stay so very comfortable. They thought of everything - from welcome kits and soft towels to the well appointed bathrooms and kitchen. It's just a wonderful property! Thank you - we look forward to visiting again soon!

Beautiful home with pleasant setting

The patio and kitchen is the best part of the property. The beds are very comfortable. The three bathrooms with showers is a plus as is the two sets of washers and dryers. It was a perfect setting for our family get together. The only negative is the property is on a very busy road and although the hot tub was very nice, it was a little smelly so we chose not to use it for the complete stay.

Fun and relaxing for everyone

We had a great time at BHM. We have 6 boys ranging in age from 20-5. The game room was a hit. The four boys in the middle loved the ping pong and all the games. It was a nice way to "getaway" during all this covid stuff and I felt comfortable with how the house was cleaned.

Beautiful Atmosphere, the farm animals and Pepper were a real treat!

The property is beautiful, it was very clean and comfortable. The amenities including the grill, outdoor areas, and overall serenity of the animals were a real treat. The downstairs game room was pretty cool also. The place was comfortable and very clean. The only issue we had was the internet but they couldn't control that, the router just went bad but we managed with hot spots. The place was a true retreat and would recommend it for any business trips or family retreats. We'll definitely be back.

Relaxing

We enjoyed staying at this property. It was roomy, relaxing and clean. The horses, donkeys and ducks visited us while we had our coffee on the patio. My brother and sister in-law visited the barn and was impressed with all the animals. We were surprised that the town of Loveland had gifts shops and so many nice eateries. Cincinnati, Outlet Mall and Jungle Jim's was very close to where we stayed. Lots to do in the area. Some family members took advantage of the bike trails. I highly recommend this house.

Beautiful and peaceful place to be with family!

My husband and I gathered our son, his girlfriend, sister and her daughter at Branch Hill for a family wedding. It was lovely to spend evenings playing games (provided!), having coffee while watching the geese and horses mill around the pond and knowing each person had a comfortable, private space in which to retire. The farm has a wide assortment of animals to visit. Communication with Leigh was easy and instructions for check in, our stay and check out were clear and incredibly easy. There are many upfront restrictions; each reflects the acts of people showing a lack of respect for the home, the surroundings and the owners’ family. I wholeheartedly recommend Branch Hill!

Perfect!

We stayed at the Manor House for a long weekend & it was just as website indicated. My family and I felt right at home! The kids loved the recreation room in basement. We all enjoyed visiting the animals & getting to see them from the back porch as roamed the pasture. We also loved the surrounding area and went roller skating. Much to do to little time. Perfect Peaceful Getaway

I can't say enough good things about this property and experience. The house is beautiful, clean and meticulously well stocked. The back porch overlooking the farm and animals is so peaceful and such a relaxing way to start the day. My kids loved watching the animals from the house and also walking up to the farm. The photo book of all the animals and their names was such a great touch. They had a pack n' play & booster seat available for babies/toddlers. The communication with the management/owners was easy & very responsive. We hope to have the opportunity to return!

Beautiful visit from Washington State

This was one of the most amazing VRBO properties we have visited yet. It was exactly as advertised, and so completely comfortable. We had a fabulous long weekend in town for a wedding and it was just beautiful. We enjoyed a movie on the patio and coffee in the morning watching the horses, ducks, and geese. There were just four of us and communication with the host was excellent. The only downside was we wanted to invite a couple of the families we hadn’t seen for a few years for dinner, they were all admiring the beautiful property on my Snapchat. The contract states under no circumstances are unregistered guests allowed on the property. At the same time, I do understand that some may take advantage. We did love staying at this amazing property and hope to come back again!

Beautifully Restored Manor Home

Just completed our second stay at Branch Hill Manor. It's a beautifully restored older home, with large rooms, comfortable furnishings and modern conveniences. Kitchen nicely remodeled and adequately stocked with supplies that allowed us to cook meals all weekend. Comfortable beds and accommodations. Wonderful property with animals and plenty of area to walk around. Fantastic patios with wood-burning fireplace and quality gas grill. Awesome game room downstairs with ping pong table and foosball table, both of which we took advantage of. Great canal path for walking and running within a mile of the property and grocery and drug store within 1 to 2 miles of the house. Overall enjoyable experience and I'm sure we will return again.
