“Nataliya was a wonderful host! Communication was good and questions answered in a timely manner. The home was beautiful and very clean. I chose this home for the 6 bedrooms, heated pool and hot tub and it did not disappoint. A lot of time was spent on the lanai. The garage rec room was an added bonus. Our family had a great vacation here!”

The kitchen is huge and really allows multiple people to be there and not crowd each other. It was about a 20-25 minute drive from Ft Myers. Grocery store right down the street. “This was our most fabulous VRBO rental to date; the host is most considerate in providing every amenity you could want or need. Plenty of kitchen utensils, pot, pans, cutlery, dishes, glasses, appliances, pantry goods, sporting equipment (bikes, fishing poles and tackle boxes, coolers, kayaks, beach chairs) etc. House was clean and bathrooms were well stocked. Furniture was very nice and comfortable; plenty of seating areas both inside and on pool patio to accommodate our guests. Pool was……

“The house was absolutely perfect for the four of us. We couldn’t have chosen a better location for our needs. I would most definitely recommend the house to anyone. My only negative is the brick work in the left corner of the pool area definitely needs work. It is a hazard. All in all a great choice for us!”

“This property had impeccable landscaping on a beautiful canal with manatees daily and even a dolphin too! The screened lanai on both levels were so beneficial and made morning sunrise viewing such an enjoyable experience. The location cannot be beat! Daily walks to the beach were literally about 225 steps ( I counted) We were appreciative of the extra beach towels and chairs! We didn’t Find the cart and coolers until the day we wereLeaving but so much thought was certainly put in to providing……

“Perfect location. Great stay. Some odd items. Island stools are too low. The range vent fan was so low, it precluded you from cooking on the range. Finally hot water was funky. Otherwise it was a fun stay”
