「Property is wonderful and all the staff were nice . Couple of things I was not prepared for and I wish was more made aware. For me I could do this physically just a bit of sweat but for some older and unfit individual this could be a problem. 1. 「Casino is clean but the rooms are pretty old. Stained carpets and chairs. Stains on the carpet in the elevator. Had noisy neighbors and the walls are pretty thin. They kept me up and then after finally getting to sleep they woke me up again at 4:00 am. We used to stop here a few times each year. Receiving a few free nights but mostly lay off coupons. 「Charming property in a beautiful location with lovely grounds and a great Napa atmosphere. Unfortunately our room had a significant water-pressure issue throughout the stay. While staff offered access to another room for showering, we were disappointed that the only in-room solution offered was a paid upgrade or a down grade. At this price point we expected a more proactive resolution. It’s a shame because otherwise the property is delightful. And if they offer you room 17, say no.」
