“Rooms are tents, that should be taken in as a consideration. They are extremely comfortable tents, with everything you need. Now that is said. They are great and the views! The views! They are worth it, in every way. Never seen the city like this as an out of towner. The whole experience was amazing fun. Especially for NYC. Safe, open , friendly, cool historic places and food availability is great! Ferrying over was fun easy and fast. Pick up at boat was easy. Check in was very easy and……

“The tent was lovely and as expected. The property was not well managed. Continental breakfast was a bagel in a box and the bar and restaurant were closed to guests due to outside events. This would be fine if you weren’t on an island with very little other option! It was strange that they couldn’t save atleast a little space for their paying guests for a drink, dinner or breakfast or atleast notify us in advance so we could have brought our own food.”

“There was absolutely no food and no planning. The complimentary breakfast was bread and fruit and was completely gone at 8:02am also dinner had a wonderful menu but they were “out of” everything on the menu basically. We finally ordered a salad and chicken with two drinks a piece it took 3 hrs to be served and the bill was 487”
