It is important to know that rooms are only cleaned on request. Unfortunately the staff do not speak English or German. A translator is helpful. We felt very welcome.”

“Very friendly staff and clean facility. Location in a small village next to the local touristic attractions (arc of Noah, church, museum, fortress and castle). Pension is quite, however occasionally there is an activity in the large room. TV channels limited.”

“Perfectly located in the city centre, no free parking available. Despite the reception should be open until midnight, they wrote us that they would close at 6pm due to corona virus. We had to check-in with a doorcode that worked out fine.”

"We live at the penthouse floor with huge side windows however the windows were not cleaned so we barely can open the curtain to enjoy the view You can see the spider webs at the corner of our in room stairs up to the living room place. The front desk staffs are nice, however the breakfast staff is not attentive perhaps due to lack of people, as a 5 stars hotel service I would say not qualified. Location is, nonetheless, excellent "
