“Es una hermosa propiedad con un personal poco capacitado,la limpieza es deficiente e inaceptable hay cucarachas objetos de clientes anteriores,las tohallas sucias y manchadas,la manta de taparse sin cambiar (con un olor espantoso)La habitacion que me asignaron no fue inspeccionada por un supervisor o personal a cargo.Al llegar me pidieron un deposito de 100 dolares aunque no mencionan eso a la hora de la resrva y entrar a la habitacion para encontrar total decepcion ”

“I won’t recommend it place to stay. The bathroom was very dirty.. Room smells awful .. I believe it should not be listed on Expedia website..”

“The noise, there was a sign in the lobby that said quiet after 10 pm. But seems like people don't respect that. The people above and to the side of my room were very loud. Tv was loud, people going down the hall were also loud. I had to get up early and drive 12 hours, it was 12 pm and I could still hear the noise so I turned on the fan to block out some of the noise. Other than that, I don't have any complaints.”

“The staff didn’t seem to have much urgency on helping guests. We were told on the phone that we could check-in early at 1pm, so we arrived early. We weren’t able to check-in until past 3:30. Had they not told us to come in early, we wouldn’t have. The staff was pretty unhelpful and didn’t seem to care that we were waiting so long (per their direction), stated that they were understaffed and that check-in wasn’t until 3. Again, fine if they didn’t not tell us it was ok to check-in early. We……

“I was pleasantly surprised when we checked in. The hotel was super clean, and the staff were super friendly. The breakfast was great and the coffee all day was awesome! Our room was even better. We expected a bed and a bathroom and nothing else. When we walked in we had a full kitchen which was a great surprise and super useful for us. We will definitely stay at this hotel again when we are in the area. We originally booked for two nights but extended for another which was seamless.”
