Ocean View, Lowestoft

Located in a Grade II listed building, you'll find this luxury 1 bedroom harbour side apartment where every detail reflects sophistication and comfort. With stunning sea views through the triple aspect windows, allowing natural light to flood the space. The living area has been designed to blend traditional and contemporary styles with exposed wooden beams. The apartment can sleep up to 4 guests as there is a double sofa bed in the living room making it a perfect getaway with friends.

The building is serviced by a lift which takes you directly up into the apartment.

Walking out of the lift, to your left is the living area. With 3 windows looking out to the harbour and velux windows, this is a very light and airy room. There is a double sofa bed as well as a 3 seater sofa, an armchair, pouf and table and chairs and a Smart TV. The space is designed to feel both cozy and airy, with lighting that enhances the serene harbour and sea views.

This flows nicely around to the fully equipped kitchen with a breakfast island in the centre. There is an integrated dishwasher, washing machine, fridge and freezer. Electric hob and oven. A Nespresso coffee machine, kettle and toaster.

The kitchen leads into the hall and to the generous sized bedroom with a king bed, 2 bedside tables, a sofa, dressing table and double mirrored wardrobe. 2 windows and 2 velux make this a lovely bright and airy room.

Further along the hall is the large bathroom with a corner shower, WC, basin and bath with a central mixer tap. Again, 2 velux windows fill the room with natural light.

There is parking for 1 car on the patch of land across the road. Drivers must consider the other residents when they park as neighbours also use this space. There is a label in the apartment that must be placed in the car window,

Very good property. A pleasure to be there. However, a big criticism - more detailed information needed for access details on arrival. Given key code, but did not know which key box to use. Thankfully a phone call got it sorted with a helpful man on phone giving instructions.
