Gorgeous property Villa Ivanino is a holiday villa, only 5 minutes from the Old Town of Dubrovnik, with luxury and privacy of its own swimming pool and capacity of 11 guests it is ideal for family and large groups.
Villa is situated in the suburb of Dubrovnik, at the western entrance to the town, in a quiet bay of Lozica. This charming villa has been tastefully and nicely decorated, in a sunny position, 50 m from the beach, south facing position. Property grounds 740 m2 (fenced) with plants; All of its 6 bedrooms have a balcony with sea view. The villa’s many amenities include newly-constructed swimming pool, air conditioning, satellite TV, a modern fully-equipped kitchen with large dining and living rooms.
This gorgeous property is surrounded by orange, olive, pine trees and other Mediterranean greenery. From its terraces and balconies you can enjoy in a cozy atmosphere and a breathtaking view on the blue Adriatic Sea which is only 50 m away, the island of Daksa and Lapad peninsula. Just 20 meters below the house there is a private restaurant offering well prepared dishes for very reasonable prices. The Old City is only 5 minutes drive (6 km) via newly built bridge

Highly recommended!

Perfect property, the only point to improve is the heating... but in summer time for sure there will be no problem! 6 spacious rooms and 3 bathrooms with everything you need. Kitchen perfectly equipped and Vesna made our stay perfect. Highly recommended!

Lovely villa in a quiet area

We had a lovely week in Lozica. We were two families of 8 people in total. The other family arrived first and Vesna was there to greet them. She also gave one of them a lift to the supermarket as neither of us rented a car, which was a help! The villa has lovely sea views, and a nice outdoor space with enough room for us all around the big table. The pool (which Vesna's husband would check daily) was perfect for a refreshing dip and there was an area next to it with 5 sun loungers set up. There was A/C inside in the central areas, but it did cool the bedrooms too if you kept the doors open. The kitchen wasn't huge but did have everything you need (apart from a toaster! But the grill worked fine). WiFi was good, but no streaming apps on the TV (could always bring your own device to plug in). There are lots of steps up from the road to the villa, so be aware if you have heavy bags! A short way up the road are steps down to an underpass which takes you to the local (rocky) beach. It was great to have this so close to the villa. The sea was a nice temperature, and it was pretty clear too. Our highlight of the week was a private boat tour which picked us up along that stretch and took us to explore some bays / caves around the local islands. There are no shops or restaurants in Lozica, so if you don't have a car you'll be reliant on Ubers or the local bus (not on weekends). An Uber to the old town was about €10, and €15 back. All in all a lovely peaceful stay.

Stay in Lozica

The owners were very helpful and greeted us both coming and going with a gift. Everything was great except a private parking space. Which should be resolved soon because of construction next to the house. The only thing we asked them to add was a toaster. Pool was cleaned every day. Change of linen once a week. The location is lovely across from a rocky beach. Taking Uber into the city is advised since there is little parking in the old city and it costs 10 euros an hour.

We enjoyed our stay at the villa! Great place with a beautiful view to the sea and Iceland's. Very convenient location close to the beach. Very pleasant and nice owners met and greet us when we arrived. Helped us with taxi transfers and more.. thank you !

Splendid in every respect, thoroughly recommended.

Best views in Croatia, wonderful host, nothing too much trouble. Car would be handy but local bus and taxis more than adequate. Excellent restaurant attached!(advance booking may be required)
