服务很好，估计是做旅游团的生意，一早就被旅游团的人吵醒，隔音有待改进，但酒店的服务很好，不过不在镇中心，要搭酒店的接送大巴或者踩自行车可以到达中心区域，总体不错，早餐比较单一，但味道不错，据说明天会有泳池

Staff there are helpful. The host gave us the warmest welcome after a long-haul trip from Chiangmai to Luang Prabang. Room is neat and tidy. Fruits like banana and mango are free to take at anytime, tho not tasty enough due to Laos' weather condition perhaps. A bit distant from the city town, yet overcome by either a 2-3-min free hotel shuttle bus or a 10-min free bike ride. The only cons is the wifi. It was out of work on the second night we stayed. Tho the host tried to fix it, it didnt work half an hour later. In general the hotel environment is good and the staff are proficient at English. Gd for those budget travellers.

Great stay

This is a really great place to stay. It is an authentic colonial style mansion in the best possible sense. Everything is tastefull and in great condition, and the staff is english speaking and very friendly and helpfull. The outdoor areas are awsome and invite you to relax after a hot day in luang prabang. The pool is over the top, done in italian style marble. Yes. It is a few minutes from the center, but it is really worth it, and the hotel provides a shuttle service.

If you're looking for a comfortable hotel, this is the place I recommend First, the Reception is very friendly & speaks fluent English so that makes things very nice plus gives helpful suggestions on tourist attractions. Second, the hotel is centrally, located and close to the Night market There's also a good free breakfast with fresh omelettes and free bicycles to drive around the city, which is really fun Another nice feature is that this family run hotel offers a 5 minute free shuttle and pick up from the night market. They also offer airport drop off for a fee which is convenient because taxis are not as common in this city as other cities. Good fast Wi-Fi, clean room & hot water are also good benefits Nice mineral pool in the garden without chlorine

Great service and comfortable clean room

Lovely stay here as a couple. Beautiful old French colonial style building and large gardens out the back. Although slightly out of the old town, this didn't feel like an issue as there was a free shuttle bus running AND free bikes available to hire from the hotel. The service was top notch, big shout out to Pinky who really couldn't do enough to help! I would recommend staying here when you visit Luang Prabang.

The hotel was very clean, quiet, and comfortable! There’s a shuttle service into town (since it’s not within walking distance) which was very convenient. There’s also free bike rentals! The staff were very helpful and organized a trip to the waterfall for us. Laundry service was quick, and they’re installing a pool in a few months!

Excellent option for a quiet getaway

Excellent stay, very hospitable staff and great service. The breakfast is very complete, and the option to use a bicycle with no extra charge is useful. Luang Prabang is not big so it is easy to get around. Extended my stay multiple times (ended up spending 5 nights in total). Ms. Pinky and Mr. Phong were both incredibly friendly and willing to help with anything you may need.

I am so happy we booked this property, the entire staff was amazing to us. The hotel had a lot of amenities such as transportation on a set schedule to the night market and back. Even then, a simple conversation with the front desk could help accommodate any situation. Staff was constantly giving us recommendations and helped us navigate around Luang Prabang. Because of the location, it was very quiet at all periods of the day and night. I would highly recommend this place due to the staff and how nice the rooms were. Definitely coming back to this place when we come back to Luang Prabang!

A little Gem that’s not right in town but has an excellent private bus to take you in Town. Pinky was so helpful and delightful to speak with and her service was 100 percent, my family loved our stay and we will definitely be back!
