Great House!

We came for a college tour and this location couldn’t have been more perfect. The house itself was very updated and clean. Close to campus and wonderful restaurants. Will def stay again.

We loved staying at Tech Terrace! It was the perfect location for our visit to Texas Tech. The house was immaculate, the beds were super comfy and the backyard is amazing!

Great stay at the Red Raider house

A delightful stay at the very inviting and tasteful Red Raider house. Neighborhood is quiet and close to Texas Tech. Great location. The homeis well stocked, lovely design, comfortable and has a great back yard with plenty of fun amenities. The host was very friendly and I could easily communicate with them. So happy to have this sweet sanctuary to call home on my trip to Lubbock.

Everything about this place is perfect. Being located a block south of campus provides easy access to visit/tour. The property itself is clean, and well stocked with everything you will need for your stay. The backyard is a great bonus to get outside and have some fun before a game, or to wind down an evening.
