The perfect home base for your Lubbock gathering — the Red Raider House puts your whole group in the heart of the city, just 4 minutes from the Loop, 8 minutes from University Medical Center, and convenient to Texas Tech, shopping, and the best dining in the Hub City. With 10 beds including a dedicated Bunk Suite sleeping 8, this is Lubbock's highest-capacity 4-bedroom rental. Thirteen years of local Superhost experience means a seamless stay every time.

THE SPACE:
This single-level, dog-friendly retreat features 10 total beds across 4 bedrooms. The open floor plan creates two distinct hangout zones — perfect for splitting the group or piling everyone in together.

PROPERTY HIGHLIGHTS:

This house is super clean, well stocked with all sorts of things to do as well as plenty of room to spread out. The host is excellent to work with and very responsive! If you are looking for a place in Lubbock with a fairly large group then this is a great option!

The house was nice and had plenty of room for all. The yard was a good place to spread out and play games. Downside was that the kitchen needed so much attention that we spent several hours getting is usable. Wash the items you intend to use and put the rest in a different cabinet. There were pools of fat under the stove burners. It should be clean for awhile now, but have a look to see if it is building up again.

This property was clean and the beds/bedrooms were as advertised. The check in process was good and they even had it ready for us a little bit early to accommodate a schedule change in our plans! This is an older property in an older part of town but it was great for the groomsmen for my sons wedding to stay in!

Great place for a group, comfortable

The property was accommodating and very convenient for my family with young kids. Excellent check in process and we would stay here again. Listing was as described and comfortable for even big groups. Plenty of towels and amenities which some other rentals lack.

Great house for group of teens

We stayed here when taking a group of middle school boys to football camp. It had plenty of beds for our group. Two bathrooms was a challenge but we made it work. The location was great and close to restaurants. Check in/out was easy.

Listed accurately. It was near a lot of restaurants, gas stations, and stores. The plan of the home was amazing, as it allowed the kids their own space. The hot tub was great for the adults relaxing after a long day in the sun. Overall a great home in a great location.

Excellent location

Very clean, nicely decorated home with everything we needed for a quick trip. Beds were very comfortable with plenty of extra space for everyone to spread out. The neighborhood was quiet and felt safe for traveling with kids. The location was perfect, easy access to shopping, restaurants and the university. Lots of fun things for the kids to do while at the house, including inside and outside games. Host was very helpful and responded quickly to all questions.

Roomy and comfortable

We were in Lubbock to meet my Son’s new baby. The house was wonderfully equipped and allowed us to meet up with something for all ages. We really enjoyed the game room, back yard and hot tub! I would definitely recommend this house for a large group and would stay again.

We did have a couple small issues, but the owners were amazingly receptive and eager to fix them. Not only that, but they asked us if there were any other things that we would like added to the home for our next stay. We will definitely stay there again for our next family gathering!
