The management cancelled us 2 hours before my family arrived. This caused a hectic 2 hours of searching for a place. VRBO was sold out at this time as well as most properties due to the Tech Graduation. The manager said they double booked the property but that wasn’t known until 2 hours before check-in? There should be something in place with VRBO to make sure you can count on a prepaid property and that this doesn’t happen.
