“My husband and I visited KY for a friend’s wedding and stayed 5 nights at Cozy Cove. Such a quiet and peaceful little get away. It’s a super clean and quaint tiny home. The neighbor’s dog, Scout, brightened our visit. He’s such a sweet and playful pup! Thank you to the hosts for making it an easy checkin and check out process.”

“Excellent location. Just minutes from Mammoth National Park. We were able to go back and forth to take breaks easily. Super clean and has everything you need to make meals. Laundry on site was very helpful to clean our clothes after hiking, cave tours and kayaking. You have privacy yet you are located close to everything (fast food/Walmart, etc. 15 minutes away). ”

“Better than the pics! Great location, huge back yard with awesome grill. Tons of space for our family and dogs. Just wished the beds were more comfortable. Overall 5 stars! ”

“Our family loved our stay here. The house had everything we could have needed. The view is gorgeous. There's a great pizza place right down the road and a Dollar General Market near by if you need anything for your stay.”

“Immaculately clean! Well appointed and very dog friendly floors. Love the fact there is no carpet so the house smells and looks clean. A couple bigger blankets would be great to have in the closet. The lock box for the door could use a light. It was dark when we checked in. Porch lights were on but the code was difficult to navigate at night with eyes over 50. lol would love to pick this rental up and move it to every location we travel! Was impressed that it was being maintained so well and all……

“Close enough to everything in the area but yet far enough away to be in the country. Loved this place. If you enjoy the outdoors this is the best fit for you. Hiking, creek wading, animals, and a small cave to hang out in. Will stay again.”
