My father and I had a lovely stay at Hotel Ilaria in Lucca. It's location and proximity to all that Lucca has to offer couldn't be beat! The service was great and the continental breakfast was delicious. Highly recommend staying here.

Third time in Lucca and couldn't fault this hotel. Great location for (numerous) laps of the walls. Comfortable rooms, good choice of food and drinks for breakfast and surprise complimentary drinks / cakes in an afternoon. Hot tub and outside lounge area meant we could relax outside. Also complimentary bike hire means you save a fortune from the local bike hire shops. Would definitely recommend and would definitely stay here again. Thank you.

We were in the annex across the road - simple small touches like checking our key worked on arrival so we didn’t get locked out or have to go back to reception, amazing breakfast and the happy hour drinks and snacks are a lovely touch. Second stay at this property and it didn’t disappoint- we will return.

We highly recommend hotel Ilaria in Lucca. Very clean and comfortable with an excellent breakfast. They also provide parking although it’s €35 per night, it’s definitely worth it as parking is very difficult in town.

Hotel Ilaria is a nice hotel in the city center of Lucca. Parking available. We had a spacious room in the dependance building across the street. Fantastic bed, very clean bathroom with a good shower. Excellent breakfast and free biles to make a city tour. We will be back

From our arrival the team at front desk are the best we have come across, thanks guys! So friendly, helpful as can be (unlike some others in Europe sorry to say). The property is superb, have no doubts. The Dependence suite is awesome, so big and 2 bathrooms located just across the street from the main hotel adjacent to one of the Towers on the wall! Free bikes for riding around the walls were easy & fun. Breakfast good, though maybe a slightly bigger selection of cooked items would be appreciated? Thank you!

First of all, we really enjoyed where this hotel was located. It was within the city walls and a quick walk to anything we wanted to go to. We went on a beautiful walk around the walls one morning. The room itself was pretty spacious for three people and well taken care of. The staff were wonderful and very accommodating, they parked our car during our stay, helped us to our room, and gave wonderful recommendations. Their breakfast was delicious and provided a wide selection as well and they also provided snacks during the day in the lobby, including beer and prosecco which was an added bonus. Overall really enjoyed our stay here!

Great location. Food in Italy is overall terrible, but there’s a great little cafe just outside our family suite that had pretty decent food. There’s a bike shop next door that allowed us to rent 5 bikes for our family last minute for an hour and bike along the renaissance wall, which is a super easy flat bike ride. The Lucca train station is a 10 minute easy walk. The family suite has two sofa pull out beds that turn into approximately king size beds, and there is a king size bed upstairs. Two bathrooms. Overall, our family of 5 fit comfortably.

Thank you. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Hotel Ilaria. Your staff were always polite, cheerful and helpful. The snacks and prosecco in the hotel meant that we spoke to fellow guests and a very happy atmosphere was generated. The hotel was close to everything in Lucca that we wanted to see.
