  • The structure includes five apartments located on a beautiful hill, the special position offers a spectacular and unique view: northeasterly there are the Appennines, in the south east there are Pisa and Livorno, in the west the Massaciuccoli Lake , the Viareggio coast and Forte Dei Marmi.
    You will admire all this while lying comfortably by the pool or sitting on the terraces of the apartments, surrounded by olive trees and woods that create a particularly breezy and cool climate even in summer.
    Our guests have free access to one swimming pool respectively of 18 and 6 metres (equipped with a salt sterilization system, not chlorine), a large solarium area, playgrounds for children and a park that surrounds the whole property which creates
    an oasis of serenity and offers the opportunity to take long walks in contact with nature.
    In essence, Prato Verde is the ideal place for families on vacation that look for open and safe spaces for their children.
    Our apartments are designed to guarantee a relaxing stay and for this reason they are totally independent and equipped with the best comforts, such as fridge, oven, dishwasher, satellite TV, WI-FI, heating and private parking.
    Geranio is composed two double bedrooms, bathroom with shower, fully equipped kitchen with soda bed, garden with sofa and barbecue.

Toscana road trip

We were driving around Toscana one week. Prato werde was in very good location for us to see Firenze, Pisa, Lucca (beautiful city), Sienna ect. Pool was big and breakfast was very big. We absolutely recommend this place!

Great apartment, great swimming pool, nice view. Close to Lucca, but no other small nice places in the neighbourhood to go for a drink, ice cream or lunch; at least not that we knew of. We went voor canyoning in Bagni di Lucca, which is very nice.

Wir hatten einen ganz tollen Urlaub hier. Ich kann die Anlage nur empfehlen. Es sind mehrere Ferienwohnungen mit einem gemeinsamen Pool, wobei jeder seine eigenen Liegestühle zur Verfügung hat. Die Lage des Pools und die Aussicht sind fantastisch. Wir haben unser Frühstück , in der Anlage im angegliederten Restaurant eingenommen. Es war abwechslungsreich und lecker, besonders war auch, dass wir eine Box zur Verfügung gestellt bekommen haben, wo wir die Reste einpacken konnten und es hat uns in der Regel noch mal eine ganze Mahlzeit am Tag ausgereicht.

Toller Aufenthalt!

Sehr schöne Ferienwohnungen im modernen Stil mit der Möglichkeit, abends im zugehörigen Restaurant zu essen und zu frühstücken. Toller Pool mit Aussicht aufs Meer und Viareggio. Alles ist wie beschrieben, eigentlich noch besser als es auf den Fotos aussieht. Die Lage ist ruhig und nur über eine enge Straße erreichbar, aber ein perfekter Ausgangspunkt für die nördliche und westliche Toskana. Lucca, Viareggio und Pisa sind sehr schnell erreichbar. In Richtung Florenz ist der Zug eine gute Alternative zum Auto. Danke für die wunderbaren 5 Tage, Mara!

La Toscane à la maison

Il est impératif de laisser son opinion positive pour un si bel endroit. Évidemment la piscine offre une vue absolument splendide et un lieu propice à la détente. L’hébergement est tout à fait fonctionnel au rez-de-chaussée. Par contre je vous suggère très sincèrement de manger sans hésitation au restaurant. Les plats sont exquis (+ soirées à thème) et fait maison, production locale. Il va falloir que nous améliorons notre italien. Nb; une prise extérieure au logement serait le bienvenu. Félicitations à toute la famille Angeli

Es war wunderbar, eine tolle Unterkunft! Wir waren rundum zufrieden und wenn man keine lust auf überfüllte Strände hatte, sind wir auf dem Berg geblieben, haben den grandiosen Pool genutzt und im Restaurant gegessen. Zum Seele Baumeln lassen

Wunderbarer Wohkomplex mit insgesamt 7 Parteien in 2 Häusern. Wir waren im App. Geranio mit 2 Schlafzimmern. Das Bad war leicht muffig, aber auch schlecht zu lüften. Die Küche konnte etwas mehr Ausstattung vertragen, aber das ist für ital Verhältnisse Jammern auf hohem Niveau. Das Essen im angeschlossenen Restaurant ist mega, dort kann man gegen Aufpreis, auch frühstücken. Der Pool toppt alles. Sauber und geniale Aussicht. Wir waren weite Strecken alleine dort. Die Anfahrt geht über eine einspurige Serpentinenstraße, das ist gewöhnungsbedürftig aber für uns auch mit VW Bus machbar.

Sehr schöne ruhige Lage

Eine Unterkunft weit weg vom Lärm, in toller Lage, wunderschöner Aussicht auf einer gepflegten Anlage. Im Restaurant, welches Mara betreibt, wird man mit guter italienischer Küche verwöhnt. Für Strandliebhaber: zu della Lecciona sind es ca. 30min Fahrt. Wir hatten einen schönen erholsamen Urlaub und mit der Unterkunft sehr zufrieden. Danke Mara!

Eine tolle Zeit

Wir (2 Kinder von 5 und 3 Jahren + Papa) haben die Zeit sehr genossen. Die Ferienwohnung war sehr sauber und wie beschrieben. Die Kinder waren begeistert vom Pool, der Natur vor Ort und natürlich vom Hund der Besitzerin. Das Essen im Restaurant war (wie von anderen Gästen bereits beschrieben) sehr lecker, allerdings für unser Budget nicht sehr billig. Aber das ist mit zwei Kindern halt so. Da muss man jeden Cent zwei Mal umdrehen :) Wir kommen gerne in der Zukunft wieder.

Ein Traum

Es waren tolle, erholsame 2 Wochen, in einem super sauberem Appartement. Der Ausblick ist wirklich atemberaubend ( vom Poll und auch von der Terrasse) und je nach Lichtverhältnissen immer wieder anders. Mara war sehr nett und zuvor kommend. In dem Restaurant, unterhalb des Appartement-Hauses, kocht sie hervorragende, toskanische Gerichte. Sie spricht sehr gut englisch. Wir haben auch sehr viel selber gekocht. Die Küche im Appartement war sehr gut ausgestattet. Das Bett war sehr gut und alle Räume haben Außenjalousien, wodurch wir die Terassentüren, in der Nacht, offen lassen konnten. Die gesamte Anlage ist mega gut gepflegt. Die Lage ist top um alle bekannten Orte, der nördlichen Toskana, gut zu erreichen. Vielen Dank für alles, wir kommen sicherlich wieder. Super schöner und erholsamer Urlaub!

Die Wohnung war gut und praktisch mit allem Notwendigen eingerichtet und sauber. Die Lage ist ruhig und trotz der Hitze weht am Berg immer wieder ein leichter Wind. Der Pool war nicht zu kalt und hat eine tolle Aussicht auf die Küste von Viareggio. Klasse auch die festen Liegen und Stühle am Pool mit Verschattung. Das Frühstück und das Abendessen im Restaurant sind absolut zu empfehlen! Sehr gutes Essen und preislich angemessen, sehr familiär geführt mit schöner Atmosphäre insbesondere im Gartenbereich. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder, da es als Standort auch für Ausflüge zum Stran, Pisa oder Florenz super geeignet ist.

Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour. Le logement est très agréable et fonctionnel malgré l'absence de climatisation. Mention spéciale pour la piscine avec une vue superbe. Le restaurant est également de très bonne qualité. Seul bémol : une communication sur les visites, restaurants et autres auraient été les bienvenus.
