“Great place to come back to after freezing on the river all day :)”

“We love this property! We have stayed here with a group of 15+ twice now. It's perfect for a large group. Ample parking for 6+ cars and lots of sleeping spaces with ample floor for air mattresses (extra sheets, blankets, and pillows are provided for the trundle and air mattresses). Love the screened in porch. The kitchen is equipped with everything needed to cook meals for big groups. The basement ping pong table was a huge hit! The host, David, is kind and responsive. “To say this place is adorable is an understatement. We knew we had to stay at this little charmer as soon as we seen it online. My husband and I are always intrigued by little houses and this little cottage did not disappoint. As soon as you approach this black with cedar trim cottage we knew this was a great choice.The inside was small and cozy and had everything you needed for a comfortable stay. “Loved the property and everything was clean and cozy. We didn’t spend a lot of time by the water as we had a pup in recovery from surgery, but we did walk down a couple of times and it looked like it was set up for a lot of different water activities. We loved the kitchen, open space, loft area and the outdoor space. We were looking for a trip that was secluded in the woods and we got it! “This property is ideally located within the city. It was an easy walk to downtown, the city marina, and the city beach and park. The lower part of Dock House is definitely themed for the lake and contained everything we needed. It was just two of us, and although it contained beds for 5, we think it would seem small unless kids made up some of that number. We cooked for most of our meals and there were pots, pans, utensils, and dishes for everything we made. We hope to be back!”
