“This was our second stay at the condo. Can’t beat the convenience of ski in ski out and coming home for lunch. The owner, Ralph, is very quick at getting back with any questions. Highly recommend!”

“Nice clean condo close to okemo. With so many options though it was disappointing to learn the shuttle didn't run in April when we were there. Had we known that we would have chosen a less expensive option. We also ran out of power for a little bit. And we had 18" of snow they never once showed up to shovel. The owner didn't seem sympathetic to either of those situations. You're not allowed to ask questions off hours unless it's an emergency so you have no support unless it's during banking……

“We’ve stayed at Winterplace several times, and this was the best in term of proximity to the hill (G building sits right next to the A-Quad drop off), cleanliness, upkeep (some WP units can be a little dated/beat), and layout. Was also well stocked with dishes, cookware, etc. Very satisfied.”

“Visited for a weekend with the family to ski at Okemo. Great space for the whole family to enjoy before and after skiing. Super clean and well equipped in the kitchen. Location is central to everything and very close to the mountain. We would not hesitate to stay here again!”

“The condo was perfect, just what we were looking for. Vacasa is the management firm and they are very difficult to work with. They gave us the wrong door code to begin with so after trying to open the door in the freezing cold with children at night we had to go back to the car and wait on hold to get in touch with vacasa to eventually get the right code. The condo comes with two parking passes but we had a third card as the condo accomodates 10 people. I asked vacasa where a 3rd car could park……

“We had such a wonderful experience staying here and working with Tom. The condo is spotless! The kitchen had everything we needed to cook. The beds are very comfortable. Tom was available whenever we had a question. We really had a wonderful experience. Thank you Tom for sharing your home with us. We will be back.”

“This condo is spacious and was perfect for our family. There was plenty of space for everyone to spread out and relax after a long day of skiing. The location is great, just a short drive to Okemo. We will definitely look to rent this condo again in the future.”

“Yes, it's dated. Don't expect modern. It's small. But we had a fantastic vacation there for a couple nights during school vacation. We made our plans late and were lucky this was still available because being able to ski in and out is pretty great. We made only coffee in the kitchen, and the stove is very old, but works.”

“Super convenient location to Okemo Mountain for skiing. Wish it was a little bigger. On a major road so early morning can hear trucks, so if a light sleeper will be up early. Overall very clean with a great location for a ski trip.”

“Cute, cozy, and very clean space was perfect for a romantic getaway. Spacious common room and open kitchen amply stocked allowed us to cook in, as well as being centrally located so we just had to step out our door to walk to local restaurants and bars. Okemo mountain is just minutes away!”

“My family really enjoyed this Lake House. The beautiful views of the lake were breathtaking. The house had everything we needed for preparing meals. The kitchen was functional and generally well equipped. The beds in the house were particularly comfortable. We enjoyed early morning coffee on the deck with perfect views of the lake. The location was great. Lots of wonderful hiking trials in close proximity. My only suggestion to the owners is to give the house a good deep cleaning. Nonetheless,……

“The place is beautiful and the stay was fantastic. It is up a couple mile hill/road from the center of town, just long enough to make you feel you are out of the hustle. The property presents very well. The rooms are large for private space with 2 common rooms that are just as large for group time. The one suggestion would be to add a check in book of information, including necessary passwords (WIFI) and local attractions/restaurants. We had much of this in the interaction with the host through……
