The bedrooms are just off the car park so not boutique but more like motel for convenience stop. The Clive Arms website is misleading as describes boutique and luxury rooms. Overall the staff friendly and rooms clean and comfortable. Just not up to 5* star review standard. Room rate did not include breakfast but instead complimentary tea/filter coffee in shop

Upstairs room, very difficult to get cases up. Went to find staff after 5 pm on day of checking in to find the whole place locked up and no one around. No food or drink. Very disappointing.

Great find

Beautiful place, pub/restaurant with rooms, 4 mins drive from central Ludlow. My room was in a little courtyard at the rear of the premises. Super quiet and with no road noise even with the windows open all night. Very comfortable beds lots of space, a fan to keep cool. Little fridge in room very helpful. Staff were lovely. Breakfast at the farm shop next door was wonderful, excellent sausages!
