Shila House

The villa, arranged on two levels, offers an independent entrance and consists of a master bedroom, a small bedroom, a cozy living room, an equipped kitchen, two bathrooms, a porch and a garden. The master bedroom can accommodate up to three people, using the double bed and a comfortable sofa bed, while additional sofa beds in the small bedroom and living room can accommodate four people.



Located in a quiet hilly area, it guarantees an ideal climate during summer and is just a few minutes from the centre of Luino.



EXTERNAL SPACES

The property boasts two refined porches and a delightful garden, perfect for ensuring private parking and offering pure outdoor relaxation spaces. The garden is enriched with a luxurious hot tub, a practical outdoor shower, a gas barbecue for your grilling, as well as a table with chairs and loungers to enjoy maximum comfort under the open sky. An oasis of peace and fun, ideal for making the most of every moment of the day.



GEOGRAPHICAL POSITION

Positioned in a hilly context, the villa enjoys an optimal summer climate and is located near some woodland paths, perfect for walking excursions.



LAKE AND BEACHES

Just nine minutes by car from the centre of Luino, famous for its enchanting lakeside walks, there are several beaches, from the most intimate and secluded to the wider and livelier ones. The "Le Fontanelle" beach in Germignaga is particularly suitable for both adults and children, complete with toilets and a kiosk. Further on, in Maccagno with Pino and Veddasca, a spacious beach extends with a restaurant, bar and play areas for guaranteed fun for all ages. The charm of these bathing locations is accentuated by the presence of trees that extend to the shore, offering refreshing shade on sunny days.
