The residence is located in Sant Ambroggio in Haute Corse, in the region of the Balagne micro-region.
Set of Villas that are located in an exceptional enclave, just 100m walk from the beach!
Each villa can accommodate 6 to 8 people. The villas are fully furnished with terraces and garden (barbecue, outdoor shower).
Each apartment is composed of a living room with a convertible sofa (140 cm capacity); a kitchenette (gas hob and electric oven, fridge, microwave, washing machine, dishwasher); 2 rooms (1 room of 140 cm and 2 rooms of 90 cm); 1 mezzanine in the living room (2 beds 90cm); 1 bathroom with shower; Separate WC; Central heating and air conditioning in both bedrooms.
Located halfway between Calvi and Ile Rouse in Haute Corse, in the heart of the Balagne micro-region, Sant Ambroggio is a charming marina. You will be seduced by the beauty of its beaches with rocks formed by the sea and the wind.
A few minutes from the town of Lumio, 10 minutes by bus from Calvi and Sainte Catherine airport, 20 minutes from Ile Rousse.

Arrival times are normally scheduled at 5:00 p.m. Departure times are normally scheduled in the morning at 10:00 a.m.
Obligation to occupy the premises personally, to live in them “as a good father” and to maintain them. All facilities are in working order and any complaint concerning them occurring more than 24 hours after taking possession of the premises cannot be accepted. Repairs made necessary by negligence or poor maintenance during the rental will be the responsibility of the lessee. Obligation to ensure that the tranquility of the neighborhood is not disturbed by the fact of the lessee or his family.
The premises are rented furnished with kitchen equipment, crockery, glassware, blankets and pillows, as they are in the attached description. If necessary, the owner or his representative will be entitled to claim from the lessee on his departure, the price of cleaning the rented premises (fixed at a flat rate of 60.-), the total value at the replacement price of the objects, furniture or broken, cracked, chipped or damaged materials and those whose wear would exceed normal for the duration of the rental, the cost of cleaning the blankets made dirty, compensation for damage of any kind concerning the curtains, wallpapers, ceilings , rugs, carpeting, windows, bedding, etc. ...
