「Hotel Ucliva is a charming property with hosts Dorothy and Bernard, who went out of their way to be helpful. On our way to the hotel, we ended up getting off at an incorrect train station in the middle of nowhere. Dorothy and Bernard responded to our call for help by coming down within 15 min (on their day off) to pick us up. The hotel itself is beautiful. Our room had a balcony overlooking the mountains (see attached pictures), and the breakfast, with a selection of local cheeses, jams and...

「The hotel is up a single lane, switchback road, which makes it very nice view, but don't bring a trailer. Wifi only works in the dining room. Breakfast was at 8 which is quite late for many travelers who want to get on with their Day.. Limited menu in the dining room, but the alternative is a 20 minute drive to Disentis. Very nice stay, staff was pleasant. The view of the town across the valley is like a postcard」

「This hotel surpassed all expectations. The Mountain View room took our breath away and the entire hotel was spotless, yet cosy, and every little detail had been thought of. But none of this compares to the standard of every single staff member we met. Everybody was so friendly and helpful, and nothing was too much bother. Exceptional service.」

「I rented this apartment for my twin daughters for 6 days, and the experience was absolutely perfect. The house is beautifully furnished, tastefully decorated, and spotlessly clean. Every detail is thoughtfully arranged, and you can truly feel the care and attention given to guests’ comfort.A very special thank you to our host, Claudia, who was exceptional — incredibly kind, helpful, and always available whenever needed. She genuinely made my daughters feel at home from the very first moment.We...

"I must give it a 10 out of 10. We came for architecture and the thermal bath and of course not disappointed. We stayed at the House of Architects. Though the room is compact, it is nicely designed and enjoyable to stay. My partner came 30 years ago ( this year is the 30th anniversary of the thermal bath ) and find the facilities look like new and it is so well kept. On top of the different baths, there are many tiny rest rooms each with its unique characters. Must try. My other friend came this hotel 6 times for hike and bath. Now I know why. Definitely will come back !"
